Avoid avoid avoid. The hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. The bedroom had cracked walls. The window had black mold on it and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while, so mushrooms had started to grow. The bathroom smelt of urine, and excrement was present in the toilet. Lifting the toilet seat there was hair under it and it was very yellow. The walls around the shower had mold on it and were cracking in several places. The dust and hair in and around the skirting board that was hanging off the wall was disgusting. And to top it off the toilet bin hadn't even been emptied

Great size family room, beds were really comfy and the breakfast was excellent. Also, right next to a Macdonald's and KFC and asy access to the M3 so we stayed here to go day tripping to London.

Very comfortable stay. No noise so great sleep. Parking with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was very good. Make sure you speak to the receptionist if you feel the room is to cold or hot. No instructions to change the room temperature

5 star all round. Quality hotel and staff lovely clean room comfortable bed and pillows really good nights sleep which was needed... Will 100% stay again when in the area
首先我要说的是，我们都是经验丰富的旅行者，很少抱怨或写负面评论。我们从南安普敦出发，结束了为期两周的邮轮之旅，周六入住了这家酒店，因为我们很累，而且回家还要坐六个小时的车。我们觉得睡个好觉才是安全明智的选择。酒店本身还不错，但是酒店周围摩托车的噪音实在太吵了，我们一直吵到凌晨三点半才睡！出发当天早上，我们和酒店工作人员沟通后，得知这种情况每周五和周六都会发生。据说酒店周围有一条环形路线，吸引了许多摩托车赛车。前台说他们已经多次报警，但都无济于事。返回后，我们以“晚安睡眠保证”为由联系了酒店客户关系部。尽管我们发了无数封邮件，但他们仍然拒绝退款，尽管我们比前一天更累，理由是噪音超出了他们的控制范围。虽然我理解这一点，但他们至少应该在这家酒店贴个警示牌，提醒潜在的客人注意这些问题。周末千万别住这家酒店，除非你想一夜无眠。我们以后再也不会住这家酒店了。另外，餐厅的早餐预订量严重超标，大约有500人。我们9:30的预订只能用早餐托盘带回房间！！！！尽管有领班帮忙，我妻子还是不得不在7点就去吃早餐才能有座位。如果可以给这家酒店零星，我一定会给。
在伦敦度过了漫长的一天后，很晚才办理入住手续。首先我无法进去办理入住手续，直到一些同样入住的人进来让我进去。然后发生了一个问题，自动售货机没有给我我支付的费用。房间很简单，但不需要太多，床很舒服，然后问题就真的开始了。我发现空调在一个非常受欢迎的晚上坏了，但他们给我留了一个很大的吵闹的风扇，这不是很理想。洗完澡后，我躺下休息，结果隔壁的邻居进来了（现在是凌晨 1 点）开始互相喊叫和争吵，所以我不得不戴上耳机，但在打瞌睡之后，我又被他们吵醒，大概是凌晨 2 点，这种情况持续了一个小时左右。早餐是普通的佛吉亚纳酒店自助餐，没什么特别的，但也能满足需求，而且他们的选择似乎比我去过的其他佛吉亚纳酒店要少。我去退房的时候，前台的女士并没有像你想象的那样问我入住体验如何或其他什么，她只是说把钥匙放进钥匙箱里就行了。说实话，我不确定我还会不会再住这家普瑞米尔酒店，因为在贝辛斯托克地区，我可能会先去尝试其他酒店，然后再住这家。
酒店干净整洁，员工非常友好。即使酒店没有空调，员工也会尽力提供帮助。隔壁的Beefeater餐厅很方便，可以喝杯美味的冷饮。
房间还可以，床和淋浴都不错。房间有点旧，浴室可以翻新一下。电视不太好。隔壁Beefeater餐厅的食物很糟糕
