Me and the mrs came on the 23rd August for 11 nights and had an amazing holiday! The family who run the hotel are so nice, As is the hotel itself! Spoke to a lot of guests who come year after year and we definitely understand why! Ate in a few times mainly for breakfast/snacks and food was very nice and drank around the pool pretty much every day and felt everything was fairly priced! Never had any issues getting Sunbeds either! Will definitely be returning.

Well where to start we arrived evening time was told air con would cost £62 a room and we had two rooms. This is where they get you as they know you need air con in the middle of a heat wave in August in Turkey so we paid. Then Dilc the front house wasn’t very friendly or warm just hurried us up in to our rooms. The next day we fought we get some lunch which we went to pay and card machine was broken (all week it was broken) so we had no choice to put on tub. The guest in the hotel who all have been here previously and manny times before seem to have a great bond with the owners and staff (very clicky) they don’t seem to like new faces. The owner also seems to talk to people she knows never the guest that are new. All in all was very clean inside rooms and round the pool. But definitely need brushing up on friendliness towards new guest, not old existing guests. Won’t be back here.

Where to start not the friendliest of welcomes air-conditioning 136.00 for 2 weeks but actually 140.00 as never got change went to room in back of hotel where for a hole week we had no sleep due to the police dogs which are housed there all the time barking from 1am onwards till daylight non stop I asked to be moved rooms early one day but was not moved till the following day so another night of no sleep finally a front pool room better sleep no interaction from management or staff made to feel unwelcome very expensive no visible menu or prices a shock when given bill cleaner not the best but he is doing it alone its alot for one. repetitive music at pool we counted a loop of 7 songs all day stevie wonder is not a favourite now .when we did leave no goodbye or help with cases management had her head in laptop this was early morning so no excuse that she was busy wont return .

Just came back from club tokmak after a fortnight's holiday, lovely as usual and good to see new bar area and pool .no hassle to eat or drink at the hotel. Cleaner came every day and Shaun the barman was good to chat to .dilek as usual welcoming despite arriving at 5 in morning

Don’t know really where to begin- i have been to these apartments before and to say i was disappointed is a understatement. on my other visit the family & staff where fabulous but i felt they could not be bothered this trip, they where often sat out of the way smoking on several occasions we could not find them to order a drink ask a question, pay the bill ect & when we did they didn’t seem to want to engage in a conversation & often looked miserable. The young lad was ok but i saw him getting told off on a few occasions. I also witnessed the lady owner been very aggressive with a guest about the bill and slamming money down on a table and shouting at her, her friends or family looked shocked and upset. A family where also told off at the pool for giving their very young child a drink of water not bought from the bar ! The prices in the bar for food and drinks was very expensive, now i know they often are more than in town or beach front but not so much, also no prices on the blackboard which put people off. To say they have a chef the food wasn’t great what we did have was cold or wrong & if we said anything it was snatched back and we were then ignored for the rest of the day. Speaking to a few of the regulars they also said things had changed and not for the better, customer service, food & prices where not what they had had in previous visits & would look for some where else next year & these where people who had been going for years. maybe if the bar wasn’t so expensive people would buy more but most people where going out and buying for the room, ordering takeaways or going out to eat breakfast ect. The bar area and pool are new and look great however the rooms need a update, The cleaner is not the best often going in and i could tell he had made the bed and that was it, no floor sweep or bins empty ( did this myself a few days) We had a front pool view room but looked over the sun terrace so no privacy on the balcony really if people sat there. aircon very expensive compared to where we have stayed before and looking at other appartments for next year more than those. Unfortunately i will not return to Tokmak due to the lack of customer service and the over pricing, cleaning and the way the guest where spoke to , a shame really as it was great on my previous visit.

Travelled with family for 2 weeks at this hotel and well we won’t be back. £63 a week for aircon or £116 a week for a 2 bedroom apartment. All family slept in single beds. The pull out beds I wouldn’t put a child over the age of 10 in it so please be aware how small they are. Towels get changed every 3 days, we were putting our towels into the shower to be changed and the cleaner was just taking them out the shower and hanging them up to be reused- wouldn’t even do this is my own home let alone a hotel that’s been paid for. Dogs barking at the back of the hotel there are kennels there and they barked every single night so many people were complaining around the pool about this. Food and drinks are so expensive and absolute rip off. Staff go about with a face on however the young guy from the bar was lovely sorry I never got his name. Kids got into trouble for shooting water out of the pool and they came along with a mop - 40* heat it would have dried in a matter of minutes. Before booking this hotel the reviews were none existent even there Facebook page is quiet and the reason for that is they keep there customers as in who you speak to always have been returning customers However we did speak to a good few and a lot had said they won’t be returning because of how expensive it has gotten at there bar/restaurant.

Stayed here 5th - 14 th June Rooms could do with an upgrade ! This is the 2nd time we been here and I asked for a Pool view which we never got ! Instead We was given a room over looking the new sunbathing terrace above the pool bar which give you no privacy into your room ! Lack of sunbrellas around pool Food & drink very expensive . Aircon expensive at £65 per week No room safes And a lack of discipline around the bar late at night meant we were woken up at 1-2 am with loud talking and laughing, sounding very loud as our window was only 10’feet away from where these people were all sitting . Would never ever stay here or recommend this hotel

Tokmak is a hide gem, dilek and Eddie very good nothing is to much trouble, very clean and close to main street, pool area nice and quiet, always sunbeds available, Ali the chef does very nice food, I've been going to Turkey for over 35 years and would highly recommend club tokmak,

Myself and husband come to icmeler every year stayed in lots of different apartments but must say this is the best yet. Family run hotel can’t do enough for all guest, very friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, lovely food. Management where exceptional with all our needs met some lovely people, will definitely be returning soon.

We are regular visitors to Icmeler coming 3 to 4 times a year. We tried Club Tokmak after reading the reviews. Tokmak did not disappoint, lovely apartments that were clean spacious and had two balcony doors. On arrival we were offered a choice of room one and chose the top floor pool facing one. Luckily Tokmak has a lift, the views were beautiful. The pool area is very clean and has a lovely swimming pool. These are family run and what a lovely family they are. I asked for Menamen for breakfast and even though it wasn’t on their menu they made it for me, and it was beautiful ❤️. There is no hassle from the family to stay and eat/drink there and you get a friendly wave as you come and go. We had friends in resort so we did not spend much time at the pool which I was sad about! I would not hesitate to return and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Plus as there is a steep hill to the accommodation it helps burn off all the food and drink . We will definitely return
