I think this Motel was quaint, old style for the price was a great deal. Front desk Personnel was absolutely wonderful helpful and pleasant. The staff around the motel were always saying hello. If you're expecting a mansion don't go to this Motel. If you want your money's worth, wonderful place to stay, got ideas of where to have dinner which were great. Anytime I plan a trip back to California I will be staying at the Crystal Motel. Only thing I would say maybe the floors could have been dusted a little bit better. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

It was quiet, the rooms were clean, staff was nice, but there were people running around the parking lot and coming in and out all night. Nobody bothered our vehicle, but it was a little unsettling..

Had a problem with itching on my body after being in bed for 30 minutes. So I packed up an check out and went to another motel. Manager would not give a refund without going trough ******* first. So I am working on a refund.

酒店回复: This Guest Checked in at 4:15pm on 1-24-2024 and stay for more then 6 hours. we gave the option to change the room but this guest said no. after he left we checked the room again and it was clean and no bug or any other object. but he did use the bed and bathroom.

Place is a bit older, but very clean with everything in good repair! Newer and comfortable beds. The desk staff was exceptional!… Including being honest about the area and where to park. Excellent rates, best in the area by far!

Stayed for a week due to the Park Fire evacuations. This place used to get a very bad wrap years ago, however, this owner has done a great job revamping and making this an awesome spot to stay, be it a night or a week this place is affordable, very close to food, grocery, gas, freeway and it’s tucked back off Main Street so you hear very little traffic noise. Room was very clean, water pressure was good, even had a self serve laundry room. Highly recommend.

Definitely not a high end hotel, but definitely
worth the price. Quiet, rooms have cement walls for peace and quiet. You won't find that on low end motels. The ceiling fan was a nice touch and quality made secure doors.
