Lovely hotel , room was warm and comfortable. Much appreciated after an all day hike from Shoreham. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful . Hotel was quiet , little noise from town as expected on a Saturday night , nothing too loud even with window open . I use travelodge a lot and Horsham will be one I’m happy to revisit. Good price for the Saturday stay and a much needed comfortable bed .

I was so excited to get a room for £29! It was definitely good value for money. It's a nice sized room, comfortable bed. Easy to get to from Gatwick Airport (just 20 minutes by Thameslink). It's walking distance from the station but I took a taxi. The hotel is near the High Street/shopping area so it was a good location for late night restaurants. It's right next to the bus station. So, took the bus a short ride to go back to the station for an AM flight. Frendly staff.

We stayed for one night after a long flight hoping for a nice sleep. The room was ok but the outside was overrun with disgusting pigeons making a racket s all night. Pigeon poo and a disgusting smell wafted into the room. Action needs to be taken. Will never return

The staff at Horsham Travelodge are very friendly and deliver great customer service.. they gave us ideas on where we could fine on the evening and get a good breakfast. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay..

Have stayed here several times; overall, it's exceptional. Many years ago I stayed in a different Travelodge and it was grim. However, they have rolled out 'new' rooms and they are very good. Clean, well maintained and fairly spacious. The Horsham Travelodge is ideally located in the town centre. They don't have a bar/cafe but as it's in town that really doesn't matter - there's a Witherspoon's 50m away for breakfast etc if you're that way inclined. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially when considering the price, it's excellent.

Arrived last night The lovey lady behind counter Was 100 percent. She went above and beyond changing our room to a bigger one as we was a little cramped in the one what was booked. The area manager of this hotel needs to take note its staff like the lady last night what gets places like this a good name and positive feed back

We stayed in horsham due to a family wedding. All the staff were amazing and so helpful, was checked in by Kate and Louise both really helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and will return if visiting family

It was a very pleasant experience. We weren't disturbed at all, and the staff were extremely helpful. The only potential issue is the noise level, which could be slightly disturbing due to the bus station and the hustle and bustle during holiday seasons. Overall, it was a nice experience. I would recommend the Travelodge in Horsham.
