酒店回复: Jhoan, please accept my sincere apology. It is my expectation that the hotel staff would have provided alternative accommodations for you and your family. I will take the opportunity to find out why your room was not available when you arrived and address any issues that caused this situation to occur.
The carpets were dirty, the bugs in the room and the non communication on both the status of the hotel and rooms and the fact that the shuttle didn’t operate to pick us up on or return trip leaving us at the airport waiting on an Uber.

Not a good experience
I saw to baby roaches. I woke up itching and told the front desk about my experience. I was not able to switch rooms because of renovations being done to the hotel.

Very Safe Environment. Staff attitude was very nice, Specially Jerry on front desk, Breakfast was Simple but great. Whole night front desk was available. Very quiet for night sleep. Overall great experience.

I paid for a suite room upon arrival I was given a double bed! I notified them. At 630 am we woke up to BUGS in our room! We told the desk the switched our room .
To another double bed room. When I requested a refund for the difference I was denied. There is no parking because they rent the spots to people traveling. The room was moldy in the shower . And the halls rank of Maryjane

我明明已经预订了房间，但到了酒店却被告知房间已满，不肯给我入住。这太不尊重人了。
糟糕透了
这是最糟糕的一晚，房间脏得令人作呕，房间里还有蟑螂，地毯也脏得要命。酒店当时正在施工，早上7:30或8点左右会因为施工而产生很大噪音，不过是隔壁房间的噪音。早餐只有华夫饼和面包，没有鸡蛋，什么都没有。
有点问题
前台非常友好，乐于助人。房间的梳妆台里发现了蟑螂。Aldo 酒店正在装修，但酒店方面没有透露具体情况。
从外面看，酒店看起来不错，但内部还有很多不足之处。
