I was disappointed with the checking process no staff to welcome you and I checked that if family I was visiting that they join me for breakfast and if this ok and the manager said this is fine and just pay. When I came down for breakfast and advised I need a table for 5 I didn’t get a very friendly reception from the staff member and when I asked what table I wanted and I said I got told not available as not in use. The room was too hot and you were unable to get fresh air as the windows did not open and unable To reduce the air conditioning lower than 17 degrees even after I spoke to the manager. We stayed there a few times and never been disappointed but this visit was I have to rethink where I stay in future when I visit as some independent hotels in area we’re not reasonable than the premier inn

Clean, quiet and with easily the best Premier Inn breakfast we've had - and we've had a few. Above all, nice staff. Magda, on reception in the evening and at breakfast in the morning, was very professional but also caring, genuinely interested to hear a family recount their previous day's fun, and Tammy was a warm and friendly presence at breakfast. The only criticism is one that applies to all the Premier Inns I've stayed in - shower fixed to the wall. (Booked under partner's name, Latre.)
