We had an amazing stay at the Premier Inn in Lisburn. Room was lovely, clean and very spacious. What made the stay was the staff, from when we arrived to when we left, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Can’t remember being so well looked after and cared for when staying in a hotel. It’s unfair to try to single any specific person out because every single member of staff was so friendly, polite, helpful and profession. However, I do have to mention sara(h) who went over and aboard what she needed to do on more than one occasion with us. Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Your company should be very proud of you

Arriving early in the morning. Called hotel. Sarah very helpful with information. Reception by Sarah was very considerate after a transatlantic flight. This is the 5th stay at this hotel and each time 5 out of 5. We stay in hotels to sleep and we have not found more comfortable beds in hotels costing twice or three times as much.
