Managed to get a room here a few days before Christmas for just £36, plus £3.50 for unlimited Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for me as I was driving from London to North Wales, even if it did mean driving the M5 Northbound to come back on the Southbound. On check-out, I was told I could use the small road opposite the hotel to access the local area, despite all the prosecution warning signs (hoping I don't receive a PCN in a few weeks...). The hotel itself is pretty dated, but you get what you pay for at Travelodge, and it's perfect for a one-nighter while traveling. I could hear any noise - thought the M5 would keep me up, but it was fine. The room was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. For the consistency, location, and value for money, it gets 5 out of 5.

Hygience And cleaniess Issues, no daily room service even for long stay, Wife got serious allergy on face due to dust & pet mites ... Family rooms and pets owner rooms must be seperated .. Not Satisfied .. Must deserve Refund & Appologies from Management

We arrived very late in the evening but the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and in a good state of repair. Although it was a very short stay (23.30 - 06.30) this was probably the best Travelodge that i've ever used.

David was exceedingly helpful. He helped me book a room online as I wasn’t able to do it online. I had a seamless check-in experience and a great stay. Thank you Travelodge

Always love a stay at this hotel, excellent staff member (Julia) been really helpful with my experiences snd check ins. I recommend anyone that sees this to visit this hotel if you need a place to stay👌🏻

Brilliant stay. Check in was great from start to finish with the warm welcome and pleasant demeanor and smile from the receptionist Julie. She gave us all the information we needed where our room was, what the fobs did and check out time. She gave us some local information on where to visit and had a little chat about Christmas and our pets. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. There is plenty of free parking and the location is nice and central to travel to the places and family we are visiting. We have been here before and will return again. Hopefully Julie's welcoming smile will greet us next time to. Outstanding customer service.

David offered exceptional service, and I was genuinely impressed by his warm hospitality. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, showing great professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. The hotel environment also added to the positive experience. Good clean room. Nice and warm. Only thing is Travelodge pillows are uncomfortable but I find that in all Travelodges otherwise for the price a comfortable stay.

Don’t stay here if you like to have a shower, a bath, or even shave. Water was absolutely freezing. No attempt made on checkout to offer a refund or even partial refund. Just “sorry” it will be at least 4 hours before it’s fixed

Lovely stay at this Travelodge. Personally I would like to Thank Kerry, we had an issue with the hot water but she was very informative and personally came to address the situation. 10/10 for service very friendly and helpful thank you
