The check-in was Good. We were checked in a decent time and we were satisfied. The room was ok as well. Even though the wifi was not so good, our stay still went well. (OK)

The lady that checked me into my stay was rude, I had questions she wouldn’t answer due to her stating she didn’t know, when I got to my room my ac was leaking and there was mold all on the walls and in the shower! No trash can in the bathroom!

THIS HOTEL is literally the worst hotel I have ever been to. I am not the type to really do reviews, but here I definitely will. Very long story short my husband and I key would not work one morning We came back from breakfast. We went about 4 or 4:30 in the morning. We get back and no one is here. We rang The bell called knocked on the door. We do this for almost 2 hours. I have medical problems and needed to get into the room to get my medication Immediately we couldn’t get in. So again long story short a lady shows up she was very rude. I was talking to my husband and she smarted off something saying I was talking to her. I wasn’t she went in and didn’t even come to the window to help us right away. She went to another room for like another 10 or 15 minutes then when she does show up to the window to do our key, she stood there For like five minutes on the computer and then gave us our key. There is so much more to the story than this, but the customer service from her was absolutely very unprofessional. She was very rude. Very disrespectful. I will never come here again or to another motel six because we have been on the phone for over three hours with customer care and reservations and we have been transferred numerous numerous times so all the way around from top to bottom is horrible customer service and customer care. I will never come back to a motel six again. Ridiculous behavior and customer care/support. I can’t believe what we have been thru. UNBELIEVABLE

I booked this stay a couple weeks before my arrival and my credit card was charged at that time. When I arrived, it took over an hour to check in because on their system, it didn't show that I had paid even though I had a reservation. I showed them the confirmation and even the payment, but it still wouldn't let them release the room to me. I also had to pay a $100 dollar deposit. The desk clerk (Keyshawn) was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL and POLITE! He called his manager who apparently couldn't help him and directed him to call ******* (your company). It didn't seem like ******* could resolve the problem either.
