If you are a FLW enthusiast, this is a wonderful little stay. The price was reasonable and we had so much fun wandering around the hotel looking at the little historic pieces of Frank's work. Although it has been restored, it appears that more work could be done to get it to pristine condition. The carpets are worn, which make it feel less than perfect. But exploring the little nooks and crannies and secret balconies was exciting. There is a little gift shop with a volunteer Wright enthusiast who was very engaging and ready to share details of the hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant surprise in Iowa!

The property is beautiful. Historic. The last remaining Frank Lloyd wright hotel. Wonderfully restored with many original features. The restaurant is lovely and authentic.

Rooms are historically great! As a Wright enthusiast it’s a wonderful experience and the town of Mason City is warm and inviting! Highly recommend!!

We were in room 312 and it was quite noisy outside the window like a continuous motor.
Parking was good. Room was clean.
