First, I want to praise experian. I had messed up and booked for the wrong day. I had booked for the next day and not the day of. The first agent said they were able to change the dates, it seems like he forgot to do something as when I checked in it said my card declined, but the second agent was able to quickly fix the issue for me. So great response and resolution times.
I don't blame the hotel much for any noise because the location is next to a freeway, but it seems like that the doors are not that well insulated as there was a visible gap under the door and I dont know about the windows. The entrance to drive in is very narrow and an exit and entrance.
Its nice that they provide fridges the rooms. But they are not properly maintenanced. They did not have an auto defroster built in so there was huge ice build up. I unplugged it for them to defrost it. I had put a small towel in there to catch water, but it wasn't enough so some water spilled (this is important). Even then, not too bothered. Beds are pretty comfortable and seem clean.
What really got to me is that I had booked this for 3 people, but the room only had 2 full sized towels. The third ended up making other arrangements, but i went and asked for more towels anyway to clean up the spilt water. When I asked, she told me only 2 people were supposed to be in there. After some back and forth about needing the towels to clean up spilled water she finally gave me some (small) towels. Only issue I've had so far.

Ants. And earwigs up from drains. No ice. But an ice machine . No sodas, but a soda machine. No fridge in room. And no hairdryer. Isn’t THT pretty much a must Like Ice access … if you put an ice bucket out. O and phone in room. But nowhere to plug it in???
前台人员态度恶劣，微波炉和冰箱又脏又旧，而且没有冰块。当时天气炎热，停车也很困难，门关不严，窗户破损且非常脏。他们根本不打扫房间。我们曾向前台说明需要客房服务，但他们从未打扫过。而且这片区域也不安全。我入住期间唯一值得称赞的是客房服务人员，他们非常友善，尽力把床铺打扫得干净整洁。但除此之外，一切都糟透了。
房间很朴素，配有冰箱和办公桌。浴室洗手池在卧室外面，还有一个带衣架的衣柜。房间旁边就是一家丹尼餐厅，离城堡奥特莱斯购物中心也很近。
房间让人感觉不安全；他们不停地试图打开门或者用力敲门。虽然只有两晚，却感觉像过了一个世纪。
入住体验不错。
刚开始服务不太好，而且停车位很少。
酒店舒适，而且重新装修过。
房间还可以，我们只在购物那天用了一天，但是太吵了——几乎睡不着。能听到马路对面汽车驶过的声音，还能听到其他房间的人的脚步声。
我们入住的三天里，房间从未打扫过，甚至有人在酒店停车场用砖头砸碎了我们车的挡风玻璃。他们连监控录像都没查看。真是糟糕的体验。
过夜还不错。如果只住几晚的话，推荐这家。
