By far the best level of service ever received at a Premier Inn. I’ve given my patronage to this hotel numerous times over the last few months, and it always over delivers. Yes, there is a parking charge, and yes, the lift (dubbed the tortoise lift) is extremely slow. However, the rooms are always quiet and immaculately presented. The biggest praise by far has to go to the staff, especially Tracey and Shane. These guys multi task like no other and nothing is too much trouble, despite having to serve in the restaurant as well as constantly jumping onto reception the quality of meals they also have to cook are second to none! I genuinely will be sorry to have to move onto another area of the country and lose out on this gem and especially the warm reception of the team. Please keep up the good work and maintain your very high standards.

A Breakfast Worth Waking Up For at Premier Inn I wasn’t expecting to start my morning with such a grin, but Premier Inn’s breakfast absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in, everything felt easy, relaxed, and surprisingly indulgent for a hotel chain. The buffet was spotless and generously stocked, and the staff kept everything refreshed without ever feeling intrusive. The cooked breakfast was the real star: perfectly crisp bacon, golden hash browns, and eggs done just right—not always a given at a buffet, but they nailed it. The sausages were hearty and flavourful, the kind you actually remember later in the day. I loved the little touches too: fresh pastries that were still warm, fruit that tasted like it had actually been chosen rather than just supplied, and coffee that didn’t taste like it had been sitting around since sunrise. Even the kids’ options were thoughtful, making it a genuinely family‑friendly start to the day. For the price, the value is almost unbeatable. It’s the kind of breakfast that sets you up properly—whether you’re heading out for a long drive, a day of meetings, or just exploring somewhere new. Premier Inn, you’ve turned breakfast into a highlight. I’ll happily be back for seconds.

Breakfast was good and the room was big with double bed. However the cleanliness of the room needed a bit more attention as found hairs in the bathroom and in the bed as well as the skirting boards being dirty. I feel the curtains needed updated.

From start to finish, I cannot fault Premier Inn, Kidderminster. We arrived as a family of 6 and were warmly welcomed. The kids had a surprise selection box in the rooms - what a lovely touch! And the rooms themselves were spotlessly clean. The team here clearly works very hard and it has been much appreciated during our overnight stay. Thank you.

Great location near shops and easy to find. Comfortable and clean rooms. All staff super friendly and helpful. You must enjoy the Fabulous breakfast with selections for everyone from cooked breakfasts to fruit and yogurt. Amazing young lady at breakfast named Tia. Sparkling personality and extremely friendly. I have a good allergy and I felt completely safe in her hands. Thank you so much Tia!!!

Clean comfortable. Accessible room excellent for elderly Mum. Lovely breakfast, Tracey friendly and helpful . Parking in adjacent car park easy and only £6 for overnight. No hassle
