Usual good service, cleanliness and breakfast. Excellent value and a great location for Glasgow and Ayrshire. Refurbished rooms are great

The location was ideal for my needs. There was plenty of parking and handy shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very well set out, immaculately clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were also knowledgeable and helpful.

Recently stayed at Newton Mearns premier inn , was checked in by a member of staff Lucy who was very efficient, also made my check in feel at ease and very quick after a long journey on the road, room was clean and very comfortable for this price band , the beds are so comfy , would highly recommend
酒店看起来不错，空间也很大。
但是服务简直糟糕透顶。我的房间在一楼，旁边就是他们扩建的施工现场。每天早上不到九点，工人们就开始施工了。前台对此只字不提，也没有提前询问过我们。
房间前台客户服务没有什么礼貌，入住没有告知洗头护发拖鞋牙膏牙刷需要自行准备，预约了第一晚因为需要连续再订第二次订单，无法安排同一房型需要转房，转房安排到最后尾房，要求尽量安排其他房间，明明看见有其他房，也不安排。
房间还算很干净新净，清理房间有需要通知前台，不是挂牌在出面。
这家酒店简直就是半成品，就像个建筑工地。我预订的时候，酒店方没有提到施工，我们已经付了早餐费，而且餐厅也因为施工而停业了。附近有个购物中心可以吃东西等等。我对这家普瑞米尔酒店很不满，如果我知道这是个没有餐厅的建筑工地，我肯定不会预订这家酒店。
我从伯明翰附近来到这家酒店，因为它靠近我儿子的公寓。我以前住过这里，发现价格合理。但这次的价格是每晚 148 英镑，我将其描述为“没有多余装饰的基本房间”。我额外支付了少量费用以允许延迟取消，但尽管如此，我还是觉得价格过高。它也与格拉斯哥的其他Premier Inns 格格不入。在我看来，花 148 英镑度过一个“简单”的夜晚并不值得。此外，我觉得浴室没有应有的干净：瓷砖水泥浆和踢脚板上有黑色痕迹，这些都是好日子了。从好的方面来说，欢迎非常好而且高效，房间很安静，床很舒服，而且停车免费。我还在隔壁的酒吧/餐厅喝了一杯酒，味道不错（而且便宜）。
到目前为止，我住过几家Premier Inn酒店，每次都很满意。但这家酒店不一样：房间价格实在太高了——通常每晚70英镑，结果却要100多英镑。房间乍一看很干净，但浴室里好几处都有明显的霉点，散发着一股霉味。窗户打不开（！），只能靠空调通风。可惜的是，这里不太安静，而且总是发出咕噜咕噜的声音。房间也没有打扫过。只有床像往常一样舒服。早餐很简陋，只有果酱，没有香肠，也没有奶酪……不过，这在英国可能很常见吧（？）
房间靠近接待处，对于独行旅客来说感觉很安全。接待处的唐娜非常友好。房间很宽敞，床很舒服。我的房间里还有一些意想不到的礼物。一个可爱的惊喜。
由于建筑工程而无法入睡，我们住在酒店工作，我们晚上工作，因此白天需要睡觉，而且随着建筑工程的进行，我们几乎没有睡眠，不得不提前退房
