I stayed for 2 nights in March 2025. The room was very clean and everything worked. Completely quiet. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, freshly made and hot. So all in all I have no complaints. But next time please do something about the weather.

I needed a place to stay between Sault Set Marie and Sudbury, and in the off season (and on a holiday), many small motels were closed. I knew nothing about Elliot Lake but found this hotel and booked it. There were about 6-7 cars in the parking lot when we arrived around 6:30 p.m. I hadn't realized when I booked that there was an advantage to facing the back of the hotel, and the front desk clerk didn't offer to upgrade me even though I'm certain the place wasn't full. As a result, I ended up with a room right over the canopy above the front door. Between the parking lot lights and the canopy lights, my room was brightly lit all night. The blackout curtains wouldn't close completely, and placing extra pillows against them only helped a little. Moreover, as much as I tried to adjust the temperature, it was really hot in the room all night. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, and the breakfast room had a lovely view. I just wish I'd been able to get a better night's rest.

Called 4 months in advance about booking a room for a ski race was told the hotel was fully booked , ok that's fine I asked if I could be out on a waitlist the front desk told me "multiple times we do not do waitlist I need to just keep calling " so I did still no rooms . Well today I called and was asked if I was part of ofsa volleyball team who is at the same hotel as the ski race. So sure I said yes , I was then told it was fully booked and so was the wait list has alot of people on it .that's funny bc I called 3 months ago to be put on a waitlist for the ski race team and you told me you don't do that . I won't ever be staying at this hotel and now most of our team will look for a better alternative. Thank you for wasting my time oh and also the pool is always closed conveniently when it's a race weekend or a hockey tournament

We have been sold out for quite some time and we do not have any waitlist, as you were informed. Reservations are always a first come first serve basis and we have never had any waitlists. The volleyball tournament was booked for the school board and the waitlist is for the school board teams. We do not have any control over this, as the local school blocked the entire hotel for their event. Our pool has been renovated and has been open for quite some time now.

Very pleased with this hotel overall. The only exceptions are: that the round the clock free coffee only had "fake" creamers available, and that price wise for such a location was a bit high. The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast quite decent, and the coffee served at breakfast was fresh and strong.

Stayed here after stopping at various hotels around Lake Superior, some of which were competing chains. This was at the top end of them. Very nice standard of room, double queen facilities and a sound breakfast. Even made use of the pool. Would be happy to stay again.

My hubby and I stayed here just for the night, but what a great place to stay! As you can see I gave a five star rating! That should say it all! We will return! The cleanest hotel we have been to in a long time! Thank you Hilton for a wonderful stay

You have to call someone to the front desk to check in if you don't want to check in via the app, someone should be available at all time. No pool towels available Free Breakfast was good Parts of our room were either not clean well or at all. Better access to amenities.
厕所很脏！淋浴门底部很久没清理了，都发霉了。

周五的早餐很棒！！炒鸡蛋热乎乎的，煮得很完美，土豆块也煮得很完美，味道鲜美。
周六的早餐还可以，但不如周五好吃，芝士煎蛋卷……很凉，没什么新意，土豆块没完全煮熟。
这两天的咖啡都很棒。
