Booked two nights. Ideal spot to access the Yorkshire Dales especially Wharfedale. Staff excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Debbie was especially helpful with room selection. Clean and good value. Only downside was that the outside area was not very well lit at night.

Good quality room , very comfortable , pleasant staff throughout . Easy check in . The site has a Gregg’s and Burger King on site and a good farm shop next door .

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff, good location and quiet. Breakfast box could have had more choice by replacing a carb item with fruit or yogurt/ cereal bar, maybe juice. There was ample free parking.

Brilliant stay, the room was spotlessly clean, plenty of complimentary tea and coffee . At just over £40 a room great value for money . As soon as you walk into reception the staff greet you . Near to Skipton centre £7 taxi ride if we were younger we could have walked .!! Thank you to the staff including Debbie and Julie .

**Fantastic service** Sorry for the delay — we stayed in late September. We booked to stay at the last minute after being let down by our original accommodation. We arrived early and the lady on reception (sorry, I didn’t get her name) bent over backwards to help us. We had a 3-month-old baby with us and were desperate to get settled in after the disaster of the accommodation we had previously had. The receptionist worked her magic and got us into a room within 10 minutes of arriving. The room was, as expected, no frills, but it was clean, warm, and perfectly suited to our needs. The location is 5 minutes from Skipton by car or a 25-minute stroll. I’d recommend walking through Aireville Park — it takes a couple of extra minutes but is worth it. A final recommendation would be the restaurant in the farm shop next door, Robertshaw’s. Stunning breakfast! Be aware that the restaurant opens earlier than the shop on Sundays, which could be helpful if you’re heading out for the day. We had a wedding to attend, so it was perfect for us. I'd like to reiterate how helpful Debbie was yesterday- 15/11/25. My partner had mistakenly booked for a different date. Debbie phoned the main booking centre and was able to amend the date. She went the extra mile to help.

We booked to visit crafts in the pen. I had booked a completely wrong date by mistake. Debbie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a great nights sleep. The room was comfortable and clean.
