Worst Premier Inn have stayed in. To start the room was freezing cold and smelt like bleach. We went to the desk who managed to put the air con onto heat instead of cool (why in Feb would they want it cold) but they couldn’t change our room as they were full. Window had black mould looking marks all around it. No lightbulb in the lamp and the bathroom was disgusting definitely well worn. My partner refused to use the shower. We ended up cutting our stay short as no way we could stay another night.

Hotel is very very tiered, beyond a lick of paint. bathroom was worn out (room 8) mold on the ceiling probably due to no ventilation or extraction ! mold in the mirror also, bedroom room window and sill moldy and again worn out. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, the whole place just needs investment and a refurb.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the car park, as parking can be a worry. As soon as we entered reception we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The rooms were warm and comfortable and very spacious. We paid for early check in as we knew we were arriving early and found it to be very good value. A member of staff had been informed it was a birthday celebration and we had bought one of the children’s hospital bears , who we had mentioned we called Bob, later that evening wine was sent to our room from “Bob” how kind is that? Yorkshire hospitality at its finest. Lovely staff who I can’t thank enough.

Location was nice, room was clean, value was ok. Not able to have a meal in attached restaurant.... Staff did not inform us before had due to a new chef and them not wanting to stress him out .... Only 4 people having food. Bed uncomfortable, air con - wouldn't blow cold air, window wouldn't open.

We have stayed at this premier inn a few times so decided to stay for valentines weekend as it’s always been a good place to stay especially the lovely picturesque surroundings, not now it’s gone down hill since all the changes. Restaurant didn’t open till 6pm only to residents staying at premier inn, no food as no chef again have to order takeaway not what we wanted for a valentines weekend they advertised cocktails from 5pm till 7pm when the bar didn’t open till 6pm very misleading. Room wasn’t too bad had a mold and damp smell to it but windows didn’t open so couldn’t get fresh air in but clean and comfortable will not be going again as it’s gone right downhill shame such a lovely location very disappointing 😤😤

Reasonably good but too many cuts have been made such as no heated towel rail and the towels did not dry, room is too small. One chair in the room and that was stained. Air conditioning was a little noisy. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. 'Standard' room is below what I think should be standard

Disappointing. Staff very friendly & helpful, car park excellent, but the place needs updating. Bed comfortable & clean but bedside chair was stained, lamp had a broken bulb & toilet seat was old & needed a clean. Nobody came to reception for ages & we couldn't see anyone. Some of the menu was unavailable. We've stayed at other hotels in the chain but this was a let down .

After setting off at 5am to enjoy our weekend away in the Yorkshire Dales, we finally arrive to the hotel after a 5 hour drive and a day of walking the Dales, to be greeted with a very unprofessional member of staff, who states there was no evening meal and no breakfast in the morning due to lack of staff! He then proceeded to advise we could walk to the nearest resturant, which is a 10 minute walk away. We went to the room and turned the heating on before we left for food, when we arrived back, the room was freezing and the heater was only blowing out cold air, even set at 26 degrees. The bed sheets had blood on them too, so overall the stay was far from our expectation and I will be enquiring to receive a full refund.
很棒的地方,干净又舒适
亟待全面翻新,需要重新粉刷、更换地毯,增加员工并更新菜单。
