This place is nasty. Pig pen near entrance. Nasty dirty house that had many cats inside. The place reaked of cat urine. We left right away to seek clean hotel far from this disgusting property..

I have to say this place is truly amazing!!!! The hosts Caroline and Puggy are so down to earth and welcome you into their home with open arms. The rooms are good and the bathroom was great. The meals were really enjoyable and prepared fresh everyday. I wanted to be a cowboy for a week and that's exactly what I got. Grace and Caroline were amazing on the rides and really made me feel at ease. In a couple of days I was tacking my horse up and riding at full gallop along the trails. Nothing is ever too much for your hosts and you honestly are made to feel at home. I was taken to a couple of Rodeos during my stay which were amazing. There are so many amazing memories from this experience which I will remember for a life time. I have never laughed so much which was mainly down to Grace! I will be staying again and if you decide to go you wont be disappointed.

We had a great time. The rides were perfect for our experience level and the mountain views were fantastic. The meals were hearty and home style while the accommodations felt like visiting a friend. We enjoyed all the animals and farm life around the ranch. We will be back!

My husband and I were stuck with having to find new accommodations quickly. Thank goodness we found the Dream Haven Guest Ranch! The staff are great, house is gorgeous and its in great location! AND- being surrounded by so many adorable animals made our experience even more perfect! We hope to stay here again in the future.

I am a "local" and have 50+ yrs of professional horse experience. Took my 7yr old neighbor who loves horses here for a "pony" ride as a gift for his birthday. Caroline and Jason (the owners) treated him like a little prince! He rode a 14 hand chestnut mare, Maggie. First in the fenced arena. Caroline could have been the worlds best elementary teacher , the way she taught him the basics of seat, steering, brakes and giddyup. Maggie was LOVELY! Push button, steady and calm. Gavin was distracted by the farm animals he could see, eager to ask ?'s about the chickens, turkeys,etc. so Caroline led him out and up the trail. An absolutely beaming little boy returned 1/2 hr later, independently riding Maggie as Caroline walked nearby. I know horses, and every horse/animal here was well cared for, healthy and lives "the life of Riley" ! Gavin and Caroline explored, found eggs, gathered dropped feathers and he learned SO much. As I chatted with Jason and Caroline, Gavin sat on a log and kind of curled up, staring at the chickens and turkeys. I thought he was tired and impatient, waiting for me. I walked over and said sorry for talking so long, we could go now. He looked up, and a tear rolled down his cheek. " That's okay. I just don't want to leave. This is the best day of my life!"

Just home from my 6 nt vacation at Dream Haven Ranch. If you are looking for the touristy Dude Ranch with a daily itinerary this is Not the place for you...but if you want an unique, authentic Montana ranch experience this is the place for you. Highly recommend. The horseback riding is extraordinary with well trained seasoned horses and they are very familiar with the terrain. Exciting and beautiful vista's are in all directions and seen while on horseback. Lodge is very clean with ample space to spread out. The Mustage room was very nice with sofa bed (comfortable) and double bed. Private bath with tub/shower combo. Very clean. I slept well. We were fed family style with good home cooking. So familiar and welcoming. 3 squares a day. Plus a day ride including lunch by a lake. So cool Hope this review is helpful. The only negative is I had to go home. Ruth Evans Sept 19th 2023
