Had a lovely quiet stay with my partner for our anniversary. Friendly staff and very clean overall. Vicki went above and beyond and left some treats for us! Would definitely come again when I’m in the area!

As regular visitors, we have always found this hotel comfortable & clean with fabulous beds. The staff in reception are always welcoming and helpful. On this visit Emma, who has sorted out small problems on previous visits efficiently, greeted us warmly and made us feel valued visitors. Thank you.

Great stay over visiting famliy friendly welcome this moring from the lady on the desk I didn't catch her name i think it was emma very jolly and upbeat and festive thank you for making me feel welcome pi 👍🏻

We were in the new rooms and they were so clean and fresh, very comfortable beds, lots of tea & coffee supplies and very good WiFi. The staff were so welcoming. A perfect stay thank you.

Room heating was broken cot bad had a hole and was very dirty and the facilities and parking was poor and the staff were not kind or caring or even knew we existed

Stayed here for a trip to visit friends, great hotel, really conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here when I'm in the area again.

房间太热，窗户打不开，唯一的通风设备是一个间歇性的 60 分贝的气泵，让人难以入睡。不过可以关掉这个：打开通风板上的锁扣，盖子就会掉在铰链上。爬到椅子上，你会看到天花板上的隔离开关......立即解决问题。加床非常不舒服，而且太小。电视遥控器不能用；更换的也不行。根据您的观点，可以看到双车道或墓地的宜人景色。附属的餐厅真的很差。门口永远排着队等着入座，等餐时间很长。如果你喜欢吃肉，你会有很多选择。素食、纯素食、犹太洁食或清真食品的选择很少，甚至没有。看到经理在餐厅中间因为某事斥责员工——这是一种完全没有尊严的对待员工的方式。早餐是典型的高级酒店食物。选择很多。提供豆浆。我住过更糟糕的地方，但并不多。
前台工作人员非常出色。我们入住的第一个房间（2号房）闻起来像有什么东西死了一样，一股难闻的陈年霉味，前台工作人员非常热情。第二个房间（201）干净整洁，但现在看起来非常老旧，电视技术也过时了，窗户根本打不开。根本打不开，连一条缝隙都没有。平时没什么问题，但空调实在太差，房间里一直闷热难受。所以晚上睡得不好。印象很不好。
