My husband and I have just had an enjoyable 2 night stay whilst visiting family and friends. I must give a special mention to the lovely receptionist, Kirsty who was not only cheerful and charming but also extremely helpful in securing us a downstairs room which was better for me. The room itself was spacious, clean and even has plugs with USB ports. We will be back and hope to see Kirsty on our return.

The hotel is everything you would expect from a Travelodge, room clean and beds comfortable but please be aware they only allow you one key for your room, so if like us it was for a ladies night out and a lads night out it caused issues trying to return at the same time. The receptionist (very polite) said if one returns first to leave the key for the other, however I was not happy knowing one of us would be asleep with the key at reception, this is why its 3 stars not 5

The room was clean as was the reception area. There s is a carport which is free but you do need to register in reception, all staff are professional and polite, 2 stood out the most and they were Sarah and Kirsty thank you for looking after me. Asda is in walking distance and train station is on the doorstep

Clean comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. And even Twinings tea bags.. everything a workman needs

浴室和房间没有打扫，到处都是水渍，淋浴没有打扫，无法淋浴，工作人员一点帮助都没有，窗户坏了，无法正常关闭，所以到处都是马路噪音，走廊里有股臭味，家具被拆掉了几块，我们对所收到的服务水平感到非常愤怒
住了一个周末，真希望第一天晚上就能搬走。这毁了我的周末，因为我觉得房间里总是脏兮兮的。停车场里有老鼠。房间很脏，看起来像是“彻底打扫过”过，但床单上有污渍，枕头下有头发，窗户上积满令人作呕的黑色污垢，而且破损。门下有穿堂风，所以总是不暖和，浴室需要更换，浴缸面板上粘着一块石膏，地板上还有垃圾。衣柜区有一层灰尘，插座和开关看起来自从安装以来就没有清洗过——开关周围都是黑色的污垢。打开灯时，灯会闪烁。床边没有插座可以给手机充电等。窗帘也很脏。整个地方需要彻底清洁，所有东西都需要更换/修理……
