Great location, atmosphere was wonderful from beany! She made us feel so welcome to stay. Just what you would need for a getaway night! Rooms were clean and smelt lovely. Just what you could ask for, great value for money!

Comfortable and very clean. It was quiet and we slept really well. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. It was an unexpected find for an overnight stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏🙏

Perfect location with free parking,subway, burger king and Waitrose service station on your doorstep,staff are really friendly and helpful,especially Ben who we have met multiple times😊we always have a pleasant night's sleep whenever we stay here with zero noise issues.

Location good with plenty of parking. Room was clean, bed was comfy and a good shower. Also nice and quiet. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast as would've preferred something hot. Staff were very helpful and kept me topped up with supplies. Special mention for Charlene for also rescuing in the middle of the night a personal item that I'd left in the corridor whilst opening my door and making sure it was returned to me the next day, you're a 🌟.

Great little place to stay. Few minutes drive to Littlehampton town and beach. Staff are very friendly especially Ben on reception who could not do enough to make sure you had a great stay.
