The customer services was excellent at this Travelodge. I have mobility problems and had to know before I booked whether there was an available room on the ground floor as there are no lifts available for the upper level. I contacted Hickstead directly and spoke with Susan who confirmed that a room was available and that she would book me into it. This may not seem a great deal to some but as a disabled person this level of customer services is not always shown so I was very appreciative. When I arrived Susan happened to be on reception she was so pleasant and welcoming and helped me to my room. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep and a really lovely stay. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much.

Clean, convenient, easy. Everything I needed for a simple stop off on the way to Brighton - allows the whole day in the city without the hassle of overnight parking and pricey hotel stays.

Had a great stay, room was quite big, with comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Very friendly staff, would recommend if you're visiting the area, 20 minutes drive to Brighton, free parking, Burger King and Starbucks right next to the hotel.

这是我住过的最恶心的酒店。房间脏兮兮的，老旧不堪，满是灰尘，浴缸里的淋浴间里还有霉点，地毯也很脏。房间里弥漫着难闻的气味，路上飞驰的汽车噪音也让我根本睡不着。我投诉后要求打扫，结果只是挪动了一些东西，却没有打扫干净。还是换个地方住吧。
