The food was good and the service was fantastic. We were served by Zoe and Sarah who were keen to ensure we enjoyed our evening. Service was prompt but not rushed. My husband and I were very impressed and will be returning. Thank you.

Excellent for the room and breakfast. Poor for the total failure to respond to repeated emails over a period of 3 days sent to the officially recognised email address "Alternatively, you can email the hotel directly via" in the email "Your stay at Witney hotel starts in 7 days!". Eventually I phoned the recommended number. The automatic recognition system appeared to understand me, but gave me a jumbled, rushed telephone number for the hotel. It's no good rushing the speaking of 11 digits. I phoned the number when I eventually noted it. Guess what - no reply! Well that's consistent - no reply to email, no reply to the phone. Although the room and breakfast were I am glad to say good, I am tempted to not use Premier Inn again on account of this total lack of response

Probably the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a Premier inn. I wish had had realised you had to complain onsite to get their guarantee good night sleep or your money back. We used this one as a base to go to Jeremy clarkson`s pub/restaurant. We checked in and the staff were very friendly and the room was clean, as you would expect from a premier inn. the real problem was in the night. Doors banging and people talking in the corridors and noise from passing traffic. the noise just went on through the night. If this is a regular occurrence I would not use this hotel again.

We found the staff to be warm and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff helped out in reception and dining room like a well oiled machine. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was clean. Premier inn is very good value for money.

We had a great stay. The Scottish girl in Witney (so sorry I can't remember your name) was amazing and really looked after us! Sorry we couldn't tip you as the machines weren't working! You were great ☺️

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the Premier Inn Witney, Oxfordshire from Friday, 3rd to Sunday, 5th Oct During our stay, my husband received eight insect bites: two on Friday night and six on Saturday night. The bites caused him significant discomfort and sleeplessness. We reported the issue to the manager and showed her dated photographs of the bites. She advised us to contact Guest Relations, assuring us that obtaining a refund would not be a problem. I subsequently contacted Guest Relations and provided all necessary information, including photographic evidence. After several email exchanges, a representative named Ryan refused the refund and stated that Guest Services would no longer communicate on this matter. Won't ever stay again at any premier inn. Avoid unless you want bites and poor customer service

The total hotel could do with a complete paint job. We were booked into a disabled room. We had no problems with that as we werent disabled but someone that was could have, the toilet wouldnt flush properly due to the flush handle being broken. Rm 119 at the Witney Ducklington lane hotel. The manager the morning of the 29/10/25 was awful. her customer service skills were none existent!. Due to the fact that there was seruiously bad catering ordering skills....half the breakfast that you were supposed to pay full time for...didnt get served!...but still supposed to pay full!...Avoid this place...the whole place is tired and dated...Staff need more training...

Road tripped round the UK recently and this was by far the best Premier inn we visited. The staff were polite and attentive, the freshly made pizza by the chef was incredible (highly recommend), thanks to Zoe for amazing service aswell as others. The breakfast cooked to perfection 👌 would certainly stay here again.

Lovely experience, all staff from reception, housekeeping and culinary wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed looking around the area.
