We were excited to take the kids to Sorrento for Australia Day weekend and had paid a small fortune to stay over the Australia Day weekend, upon arrival we experienced the following issues: Both the balcony and small alfresco area were beyond dirty (with three kids not ideal if they were utilising the outdoor area in bare feet) Coffee Machine required descaling therefore had to purchase coffee each morning (we would have thought that the machine would have been descaled and in working condition) Netflix did not work for the kids Outdoor barbeque had not been cleaned, significant build up of grease Floorboards were gross, each time we wore socks or bare feet they were black No Bodywash in any of the bathrooms Soap dispenser was not full in main toilet Password provided in the room did not match the actual password required to utilise Wi-Fi, we had to contact reception, the booklet provided is not very transparent as there is no password in the booklet Air Conditioning unit had a warning sign advising the filter required changing each time we turned it on No Kitchen basics (Oil, Sauce, butter)

Wonderful Experience with superb furnishings!
Location and condition of the room and facilities were excellent! Furnishings, decor and equipment were great. One of the best furnished apartments I have stayed at. Extremely large and spacious overall and will definitely visit again.

Loved the overall layout. Shower broker place unclean, brrom sitting outsider on patio whixh had rubbish and filthy. Grill was not useable. Shockingly you charging 1,500 when things not working etc

Noone answers the phone. Expensive stay. No soare blankets or optio. For 2 beds instead of one.. disappoited

We do not provided spare linen to split our king beds into singles. If a request has been made at time of booking for split beds, our team will provide that. We do not expect that our guest would like to split beds after arrival. We understand that our property may not meet everyone's needs and for that some may not feel that it is value for money. As our apartments are 123 square metres, have all the convieniances of a modern home, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed.

I had my own personal parking spot and was able to walk everywhere.
check in and out was very easy.
