Yuko greeted me with respect and made me feel comfortable. The staff have been excellent and very professional. Very clean and spotless, the staff are always on point. Transport is close by bus, taxi or by your own vehicle. Be aware parking charge £4 for 24hrs. My stay was excellent and sleeping was never a issue.

Got a phone call 3 hours before arrival to say they were over booked. They gave us a choice of Shipley or Halifax 10 miles from where we needed to be. We are pensioners and have disabilities

Nicely priced Hotel, a little hard to find but close to food and shops. Feels very secure as lifts can't be accessed freely

Given a Very warm welcome when we arrived on Christmas day evening. Our 'Basic' Room was very clean & comfortable, had drinks, making facilities, vending machine at the reception area, we were very well looked after by Noreen.
