The facilitiea are very new, clean and comfortable. The biggest suite I have ever stayed in.
The staff are so caring and gentle. Firstly we were allowed to check in early once the room was available. Ina really helped. Then Ahmad not only recommended the great lunch Malay restaurant, but also being so considerate for us as foreigners, he waited with us to make sure Grab driver really understood where to take us. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful stay on Alor Setar. Wish to revisit in the future.

房间:从没有住过面积这么奢侈的房间。床垫好舒服。
服务:真心话，他们太诚心关注我们外国客人。推荐了午饭餐馆后，还要等在那里，亲自给Grab司机讲清楚。另外还提前打扫了房间就让我们入住。

下大雨我的房间居然漏水，更重要的是隔音超级差，路上的车和摩托吵得我几乎一晚没好好睡觉，其余还不不错

这家酒店虽然有些老旧，但维护得很好。房间干净整洁，设施齐全。房间视野极佳，从房间里就能看到最古老的清真寺。员工友善且专业。酒店最大的优势在于地理位置。它毗邻扎希尔清真寺（马来西亚最宏伟、最古老的清真寺之一）、亚罗士打塔和安缦中央百货公司等著名景点。酒店门前设有停车场。从酒店到KTM火车站只需5分钟车程，到机场大约17分钟车程。
薄薄的墙壁和玻璃让外面的噪音非常大。酒店虽然老旧，但地理位置不错。
