The staff are friendly and understanding. I’ve stayed here several times. The shower I had was the best shower I’ve had at The Embassy. This is the second time I’ve been given a double room which I truly appreciated. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Looking forward to my next stay.

Clean, warm, ordered single got a double. This was a fabulous surprise. From all the rooms I have stayed at in The Embassy, I think this is my favourite.

I liked the self-register with a code via text.
There was no hand towel in the room. The shower doors were loose. I couldn't get hot water from the shower even though the hot tap in the sink was boiling. I wasn't too sure whether I was parking in the correct place. Door was banging all night too.

Embassy No1
Don’t let the relative remoteness of the place put you off as you’re miles away from the city centre despite being on a main road. - really nice place that is as good as the reviews say it is - recommended! 😝

Very low quality room. Hotel very run down, strong smell of iffy tobacco in most of the corridors. Door in ensuite fouled the toilet, shower head dirty. Will not be staying again. The lady in reception was very helpful on check in though.

Absolutely great hotel if anyone is coming to hull I recommend the embassy hotel staff and management are fantastic

这个价格来说，酒店还不错。我住过几次了，建议不要住靠路边的房间，凌晨4点港口驶出的重型货车可不安静。
可以随时使用大楼的门禁密码办理入住手续，但是房间在前面，不断的卡车声让房间无法入睡，需要更好的窗户来阻挡噪音。
