The front and back of house staff are so friendly and helpful - they work really hard to make this a great place to stay! They will help you out wherever they can :) Everytime we have stayed here the room has been clean, the food has been lovely and the place has had a calm, peaceful feel to it. My boys look forward to every trip - especially with the seafront just across the road from the hotel.

We travelled for 5 hours in two cars from Norfolk to stay at the prebooked location in Torquay. When we arrived we were disgusted to find our ( expensive) holiday home was dirty and full of mould. As we had a newborn with us and two other children there was no way we were staying. Luckily we found somewhere else to stay but couldn’t get in until the next day so needed a temporary base for the night. We booked this Travelodge and drive straight there albeit slightly earlier than normal check in time. The Manager was absolutely amazing and treated us with compassion, understanding and professionalism. She got us into our two rooms early ( about 40 mins early) and even sorted out our car parking. The rooms were spotless and modern and the best Travelodge we’ve stayed at. Breakfast next day was great. Lots of choice, quality food and great alternatives ( daughter is Dairy Free). The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Can I thank all of the staff for their brilliant attitude and really appreciate their wishes. NB our new property is fab!

What a difference there is between Paignton and Torquay travelodge The staff did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay at Paignton sea front looking after everything we needed the hotel and our room was spotless We had read that there is a problem with parking but we didn't have any trouble with it but it was out of season

Great location, clean , welcoming staff especially Debbie on reception . Comfortable beds, nice food. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a good travel lodge and great service and great breakfast as well and clean rooms and great staff and defo defo use it again as well and plus at scoffs chippy you can get battered chips as well yum yum

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast bar really good, lots of choice. Rooms a good size and very comfortable. Everywhere kept clean. Located close to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is convenient to Paignton seafront and town and Preston seafront. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable We are already planning to return again in the future

Travel lodge Paignton seafront got there early with our dog Debbie from reception was brilliant so helpful and the staff in cafe 85 were brilliant very helpful and lovely would definitely stay there again room was lovely and clean and bed so comfy
