The check in was self service which I wasn't happy about. We did eventually get our key card and made our way to our rooms. The rooms were basic, the bed was comfortable but there was no netting on my window so felt I had to keep my curtains closed for the three days I was there. We had paid for the full breakfast each morning, but there was a severe understaffing issue. They were continually running out of items like bread, milk, pastries etc. Depending on who was cooking the hot food, it would vary as in eggs didn't always seem to be cooked through. Overall I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel as the cost varied quite considerably from one night to the next, most expensive night (Wednesday) being nearly double that of the Friday night.

Really nice hotel, excellent staff, lovely breakfast. This was our second stay at the hotel and we hope to go back next year!

The hotel is tired and they claim a good nights sleep well sorry you’ll not get it in this hotel,the fans in the room don’t stop and apparently they get many complaints and it was due a refurb in 2020 well that’s not happened..staff are nice and friendly but for a decent nights sleep forget it

Very good overall but lack of sound insulation in the ceiling led us to be intermittingly woken from 11pm until 5pm

Stayed in advance of a hospital appointment. Great last minute service and staff &Amy could not help enough . Thank you to her and the team at Prem Inn Corey’s mill Stevenage for their help .

The rooms are nice but the beds are hit and miss,when we first started staying there we got room with soft comfy mattress's and our last stay the pillow were so hard it actually hurt my ear.Not sure why they don’t have all the same pillows and mattresses very strange
一位名叫艾玛的年轻女士热情地接待了我，她笑容灿烂。她没有穿制服，所以我不确定她是不是经理，但她非常热情友好，还好心地带我去了房间，很容易就找到了。房间本身有点老旧，需要翻新一下，但总的来说，住得还算舒适。周一早上我吃了早餐，似乎只有一个人同时管理前台和餐厅。不过，那位厨师，我没听清他的名字，也在餐厅帮忙，非常友善。前台的阿比尤其热情友好。她知道我接下来的旅程很长，祝我一路平安，甚至在我离开时还送了我一块小巧克力。她真是你们团队的骄傲！我很快一定会再来希钦的！
酒店很棒，房间很宽敞，窗户很大。早餐很美味。工作人员友好热情，乐于助人。唯一的缺点是床单不太合适，需要换大一点的。酒店地理位置也很好。推荐。
