The rooms are nice but the beds are hit and miss,when we first started staying there we got room with soft comfy mattress's and our last stay the pillow were so hard it actually hurt my ear.Not sure why they don’t have all the same pillows and mattresses very strange

Hotel conveniently located. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got to give a special mention to Rod the chef cooking breakfast. We stay at a lot of Premier Inns all over the country but his breakfast this morning was one of the best, very tasty indeed, the poached eggs were prefect. We shall be visiting again soon so hopefully he will be on duty. And he served it up with the biggest smile too.

Myself and a friend stayed at the Hitchin Premier Inn on Friday 2nd January for a night out. We were a bit confused about the parking as the car park opposite was only short stay so were unsure if we could use it but we found the long stay parking just up the road. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Our room could have been warmer but overall was very comfortable. We decided to have breakfast in the morning, the staff were struggling a little as the card machine was playing up but they made sure we still got fed and were very friendly and apologetic. Claire was on duty as well as a young man she was helping train and they were both fantastic and very attentive - they definitely need some recognition 👏

Auto check in broken so long queue because they wouldn't let us check in early so everyone waiting. Room a bit sparse, needed a comfy chair. Bottom sheet didn't fit well. Windows don't open so stuffy. Shower over the bath was dreadful and difficult to stand up in. Overall OK but very expensive so not good value for money.

Lovely Stay over Christmas and the Staff were very friendly so a big thank you to Nat, Kieran & Isaac. Accommodation was a 10/10 and will look forward to staying again soon.

Had a lovely stay here while attending a work function. We came back after and its official, James is lovely as he opened the bar so we could all have one more drink before bed,what a lovely guy!

I stayed Xmas eve through till Boxing Day, I had breakfast on Xmas morning and Abi, the manager working was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and lovely and really made our Christmas Day start perfectly. Breakfast was great and room was so comfortable. Could not recommend anything better.
一位名叫艾玛的年轻女士热情地接待了我，她笑容灿烂。她没有穿制服，所以我不确定她是不是经理，但她非常热情友好，还好心地带我去了房间，很容易就找到了。房间本身有点老旧，需要翻新一下，但总的来说，住得还算舒适。周一早上我吃了早餐，似乎只有一个人同时管理前台和餐厅。不过，那位厨师，我没听清他的名字，也在餐厅帮忙，非常友善。前台的阿比尤其热情友好。她知道我接下来的旅程很长，祝我一路平安，甚至在我离开时还送了我一块小巧克力。她真是你们团队的骄傲！我很快一定会再来希钦的！
酒店很棒，房间很宽敞，窗户很大。早餐很美味。工作人员友好热情，乐于助人。唯一的缺点是床单不太合适，需要换大一点的。酒店地理位置也很好。推荐。
酒店位置非常好，非常中心。工作人员始终非常细心和友好。房间很大而且床很舒服。早餐不错。我们一家人去的，住宿体验非常完美。我们会回来的。
