I recently stayed at Travelodge Stratford Alcester and I’m honestly very happy with my experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and stress-free. The check-in was quick, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Andrzelika – she was absolutely lovely and so helpful during our stay. She made us feel really looked after and added such a warm, personal touch. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and she definitely did. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing night. The bed was very cosy, and we both slept really well. I also appreciated how quiet it was, even though the location is convenient and easy to access by car. Overall, it’s great value for money and exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay. Thank you again – especially Andrzelika – for making our visit so pleasant! 😊

We choose travel lodge by the good reviews. They were true, rooms are clean, staff is very polite and if you have any problems they will sort out very quickly so you don’t have to worry about it. For sure we will choose again this hotel

Quiet place to stay. Good location and great value for money. Friendly staff. Everything you needed for a short stay on the same complex ie Browns food and drink store; McDonalds and Costa plus fuel.

Good place to stay, always clean and tidy. What makes this place stand out for me is the staff. They are always so helpful and friendly and do their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special mention goes to Katy as she is so friendly, polite and is always in a good mood. She is very personable and you can talk to her like you have known her for years. Give that woman a raise, she definitely deserves it.

在这里住了几次，有一次停电了，我直接走了，工作人员一点也不关心。最让人无法接受的是，我家人生了急病，我提前两周尝试取消预订，但他们却不让，或者说我们提供的证明不够充分，尽管其他酒店都同意并退款了。所以，我不会再回来了。
浴室和房间都很干净，除了厚厚的蜘蛛网和散落在窗户和墙壁上的死蚊子。工作人员很友好。早上7:30没有热水，但这可能是个例外。我很乐意再次入住——性价比不错，但对我来说蚊子太多了，无论你多么小心，它们都会不断飞进房间。这不是Travel Lodge的错，而是地理位置的问题。

我和家人来这里住了一晚，我彻夜未眠，听起来就像楼梯上有人踩踏，还有一群大猩猩在打架，房间很脏，我们的另一个房间有尿味，我们不得不买 20 罐，或者说 Febreeze 淋浴几乎不起作用，不得不跑来跑去弄湿自己，可以在厕所里更好地清洗
