We couldn't find a member of staff at check-in. It was automatic on a machine and the machine wasn't working. The shower broke in our room and was gushing out water for at least 30 minutes, but we couldn't find a member of staff and there wasn't a telephone in the room to call anyone. We were hungry and thirsty and we wanted to eat before we checked out, but we were told nothing was being served between 11 am and 12 pm. No parking at all.

我们在圣奥尔本斯度过了一个美好的夜晚。我去那里是为了和我的女儿一起购物，因为她的 GCSE 准备工作做得很好。这是一个购物的好地方，有很多地方可以吃饭和喝一杯。那里的早餐非常好，有很多选择。我一定会再回来的。
