I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn St Albans City Centre and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Every member of the team I interacted with was professional and approachable, which really made the stay feel comfortable and well looked after. The food was excellent, with a great selection and high quality both in the evening and at breakfast. Everything was fresh, well cooked, and plentiful — easily some of the best food I’ve had at a Premier Inn. The breakfast in particular was a highlight and set me up perfectly for the day. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a great night’s sleep thanks to the super comfy bed. The hotel is also in a brilliant location, ideal for exploring St Albans while still feeling calm and relaxing. Overall, an outstanding stay with brilliant staff, great food, and excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
