8 of us went stayed here on our trip to Harrogate, a nice very central hotel with parking right on the doorstep, the reception and room was very clean & comfortable, I'd definitely stay here again

Check in was poor. Receptionist hardly spoke and was very blunt. Room was grimy and very average. We stained in 403 and it was supposed to be a premier plus room but it clearly hadn’t been updated for a while and it needed a very good deep clean. Stains on the walls, bloody tissue under the bed, stains on bath and shower curtain

An easy stay while attending a conference at the centre next door. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole place was clean and comfortable.

Lovely location and convenient for in town though no reasonable parking. No one to welcome on arrival and foyer/reception is very run down. Had to hunt down someone to check us in and not told room number or told how to get there nor where breakfast is served and when. Breakfast ran out of most things before 9am and hot drinks werent nice.

Polite staff. Hotel needs some TLC and a paint job. Upon stripping beds after our stay, we found a bloodstain on child's bed mattress protector and brown stain on pillow. Unlimited breakfast wasn't,due to unavailability of key items. On checkout, staff member was busy, didn't ask how stay was. Contacted P.I online after got home, told they'd pass comments on to hotel, but no refund.

We were disappointed with our stay, as this wasn’t up to the usual Premier Inn standard we’ve come to expect. On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. The breakfast room is also one of the nicest I’ve seen in any Premier Inn, which makes it even more of a shame that the overall experience didn’t match up. Unfortunately, the room itself let things down. Cleanliness was poor — the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the carpet was filthy. It just didn’t feel as well maintained as it should be.
