绝对糟糕的经历，再也不会来了。我们额外付了高级房费，真是个笑话。是的，它有一把豪华的椅子和几盏漂亮的灯，但并不比普通房间大。看起来特大号床是为了让房间看起来更大而牺牲的，因为我们只有一张双人床。当你的伴侣身高 6 英尺 3 英寸时，这可不是什么好事。浴缸里满是霉菌，浴室地板上有死苍蝇，台灯的灯泡不见了，地毯上不知道是什么，清洁工需要重新培训。去酒吧喝了一杯。没有生啤吉尼斯啤酒。我要了一杯普罗塞克。他们告诉我只能买一整瓶。以前来的时候肯定不是这样。当被问到为什么有一瓶已经打开的普罗塞克时，他们说是有人搞错了，公司政策是只买整瓶的。要了 Gordon 的杜松子酒，他们已经卖完了！你明白了。酒吧里的座位状况很糟糕，需要倒掉。付了套餐费后，他们“忘了”说菜单会是精简版。从照片中你可以看到，就连精简版菜单也缩减了。甚至不会去他们那里试图对套餐中包含的葡萄酒收取附加费。试图使用自动售货机。什么都买不到，最后找到一名工作人员，他说自动售货机坏了。伙伴建议看故障通知。她告诉我们，我们应该知道它坏了，因为上面没有灯！最后一根稻草是早餐。和其他人一样抱怨。没有橙汁，等了至少半个小时才补充培根。当培根终于补充好时，它煮得太熟了，太硬了，无法食用。我们被告知厨师心情不好。从其他评论来看，他经常有这样的情况。每个想吃早餐的人都抱怨很多，看来工作人员已经受够了，因为我们被要求写一篇评论，希望高层有人能听取我们的意见。我确实怀疑这家酒店是不是故意被搞垮的。自酒店开业以来，我们在这里住过三四次，而且比以前好多了。这绝对是我住过的最差的 PI 酒店，我们在全国各地住过好几家。酒店有几个优点，位置很好，价格也合理

We plan our visits so as to avoid the big exhibitions & conferences. That way there are amazing deals to be had, just plan ahead. A great location close to the centre just a short walk past the conference centre or through the garden in front of the majestic. A super welcome, couldn't have our room as it was ＜14.00 so we sat & did some stuff on our computers. Checked in by 14.45. A slight problem with the first room but not an issue and the gentleman came up & helped move our bags. As we'd moved we realised later that we were short on towels once again no issue & the young lady insisted on bringing them up for us. The staff throughout were very, very friendly. A super breakfast was included, just watch the calories as there's loads to have a go at. Overall a great couple of nights.

DO NOT GO worst we have stayed in we are two 80 year olds having booked a premier plus room with a view we was told it was on the sixth floor BUT LIFTS NOT WORKING given a very basic room with few step up to it. lady on reception did her best. Booked dinner for 6.30pm went down at 6.15 and got two drinks. at half past six told restaurant was not opening. Diabetic and no food, told to walk into town in pitch black. breakfast was cold ,Mushrooms all dried up rest not much better (Photos as proof) and it was 9.15am HOW LONG HAD THEY BEEN STOOD ON THE PASS. glad to get out

It was ok. Everything seemed a little chaotic and haphazard in terms of staff availability. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice. It was only cleaned once. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but they did seem to run out of things quickly that then weren’t replaced. Overall was just “ok”…..could easily be so much better.

Stay at this hotel several times a year. Usually no issues, but the cleanliness of the bathroom on this occasion was awful. Very disappointed.

The room at the Premier Inn was excellent however the the advertised breakfast was short of what was described at at least half of the items will not available and the food was lukewarm at best in the evening we decided to eat in the restaurants but we were advised by a member of staff after over half the menu was unavailable this hotel chain we think is unacceptable I will not use Premier Inn again
