We have stayed here before and previously were very satisfied. However this time, whilst the staff were very welcoming, the room did not appear to be of the same standard as before. The taps were well worn and rusty in parts. The mattress was too soft for me and there appeared to have been a leak by the reception door and the carpet was stained. Unlimited WiFi would be welcome.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Devizes Travelodge. Both times have been very good with clean, warm and spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is situated on the 49 bus route with stops just outside giving easy transportation to railway stations at Swindon and Trowbridge or local buses into the town centre which is a leisurely walk of about 20 minutes either via the canal or Quakers Walk for scenic routes.

We haven't stayed at a Travelodge for years. This one was clean and tidy. The booking was easy. Would stay again. Good value for money

I used the Travelodge as it was convenient for Quakers Walk Parkrun. The hotel has a large free car park. I recieved a very warm welcome from a lovely gent on reception. My twin room was small and along with the hotel had a slightly odd aroma. The room was fairly basic and was cold on arrival and the heater did little to warm it up, even when I put the temperature up to 25 degrees. The doors slam into their frames so I was awoken more than once during the night. No towel was provided to stand on after showering. You are given 30 mins free wi-fi. I paid £3.50 for 24 hours access which constantly disconnected so wasn't worth it. I won't be in a hurry to return to a Travelodge based upon this experience. .

One night stay so I could be early for a work event. Booked breakfast for the day ahead only to be disappointed by being given a small box containing some cornflakes, water & a small chocolate roll. Room was clean, bed was ok but temperature was roasting. Will pay the extra few quid next time for a premier inn.

Staff were excellent. Was able to phone the hotel directly and speak to staff re car parking and late check in arrangements. A little out of the centre of Devizes but compensated for by lots of parking space. Cleaner and newer feel than other Travelodges I've stayed in.

Excellent location for me. Very clean room. Eateries yards away. Not noisy, just occasional road noise. Good price. I would recommend this travelodge.

Great location for us, quiet with nice canal walk for the dogs who were made most welcome. All the staff were amazing, so cheerful and helpful. Lovely short stay in a clean, functional room.
