We always try to leave enough of a selection of breakfast items for a day or two, and are happy to replenish if we know you are in need. We have that policy posted in the room with instructions on how to reach us! I hope to meet you in person if you come back again!

Rustic inn in a quaint town. We stayed during an unprecedented heat wave. The air conditioning unit had a hard time competing with the warm air that was coming out of the return. We opened the windows which worked great. A screened door on the porch door would be great. Overall easy check in/out and staff was very responsive.

Thanks so much for your feedback, We actually bought a new portable air conditioner this year so folks could open the window if they didn't want or need the A/C, but you're right, I think it's having trouble keeping up - especially with that crazy heat in October! .A screen door might work, except that the air handler for the kitchen is just outside, and the noise might be bothersome during service hours. We'll see what we can come up for next summer! Thanks again, and we hope to you sometime in the future!

A Delightful Step Back In Time..
We stayed overnight while in route to a conference. The building was historical and very inviting. The grounds were beautifully scattered with flowers and greenery and very relaxing. The suite style bedroom was cozy, had an old New England Colonial charm and was a delightfully unexpected surprise! The on-site restaurant & tavern was a pleasing step back in time. The food was innovative and tasted fabulous..especially dessert! Service was friendly and exceptional! The evening's Irish musical entertainment was a memorable way to end a long day! We will definitely be returning again! Highly recommend this inn!

Birchwood Inn is great vintage inn! Perfect stay for our family visiting for a show at The Range. Hosts are gracious and food at the Inn was excellent. BlackBerry Banana bread for breakfast was a hit. Will definitely be back.

The Birchwood Inn was out of the way, but it was worth it. It was a nice country in on a very quiet road. Our room was very comfortable, and snacks as well as a continental breakfast was included. A restaurant was attached to the Inn and although we didn't eat there, we had a drink at their bar and the atmosphere was very friendly. The staff could not have been nicer or more friendly.
