Room was very comfortable. Surroundings were nice and open. Front door was often locked but side door was open. Inconvenient. Lots of shopping close by if you’re into antiques. Nice restaurants close by with limited hours.

What a cute hotel!! LOVED our stay at the Oak Tree!! It is an older hotel but very comfortable! The location was GREAT, the staff was GREAT, it was SUPER clean & has complementary drinks and snacks!! We will DEFINITELY be back!

The hotel (which is more like a large bed and breakfast) is located in the center of the historic district and was authentically renovated to it's original glory. All the stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars are a very short walk. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. The place was spotless and the rooms and beds very comfortable. A/C, WiFi and TV worked perfectly. Parking is free. My only wish is that the included breakfast was a little better. But that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. There's plenty of coffee shops and breakfast locations within 200 feet of the hotel. Definitely would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oak Tree in Arcadia.
This will be the hotel we stay at when we visit Arcadia.
Spacious room, VERY comfy bed and extremely clean.
It truly hearkens one back to the charm of what hotels once were but with all of today's tech.
Good wifi, big screen TV and an adequate breakfast. FANTASTIC snacks! I would have given 5 stars if they had an elevator of some sort to help folks who can't do stairs. They do have one room on the ground floor and if a family is traveling with someone with a disability, that room is lovely.
The staff were so kind and helpful. Overall, treat yourself to a stay at the Oak Tree, you won't be disappointed.

This historic landmark offered a peaceful stay for my stay during a very important training class. I was able to wake up and grab my breakfast on the go and drive to class which was 5 minutes away. The staff is so nice and welcoming the young lady carried my bag up to my room for me when I checked in. If I am ever in the area I will be back even if it’s to say hello and check on the staff. The rooms are just beautiful and once you hear about the history of the property you will respect it even more. Thanks for having me and a few of my class mates Oat Tree In.

This is a beautiful historic landmark that has been remodeled into a nice, comfortable hotel. There are 12 beautiful rooms, a great breakfast, and a really neat sitting area in the middle. There are no USB ports so be sure to bring a charging block. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but a refrigerator located on each hallway and the kitchen area is always open. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We definitely will choose this hotel next time.
