It all started out great! My wife & I arrived alittle earlier in the afternoon so we decided to wait in the lobby by the fireplace for two of my brothers and their wives. They arrived around 4ish. We decided to have one cocktail as our dinner reservation wasn't until 5:45pm (Ropke's, Fantastic). We relaxed, shared a few stories then left for dinner. The manager (Joe) told us the pool and lobby is open until 10PM. While eating, we all duscussed returning to the hotel and sit in the lobby by the fireplace. It was a nice idea as we were in the middle of a snowstorm. When we returned to the hotel around 7PM, my wife was the first one to the lobby. I stopped in our room to make a cocktail. I was headed to the lobby and met her as she was on her way back to the room. She was told by the manager the lobby was closed and all the light were off. My wife noticed his girl friend (or wife) was sitting in front of the fireplace reading a book. My brother tried to speak to Joe to find out why the lo by was closed to us but his lady could sit there and, they promoted the lobby and fireplace in the promotional material but now, we weren't allowed to use it. My room cost $181.00+- with tax and we're being told we can't use the general lobby facility. We were also told if we didn't like it he would have us remived. At that moment, Joe's lady interjected that we left the lobby in a mess earlier. NOT TRUE, we only moved two chairs and a small table so all six of us could sit together.

酒店回复: You were all having drinks and speaking loudly in the lobby before you left for dinner and even told me that I would have to help you to you your rooms when you got back because you would be so intoxicated. I did not mention a time that the lobby closed, I mentioned the pool closed at midnight when you asked if swimsuits were required. You guys moved a table and a bunch of chairs including the bigger ones near the fireplace and when you left you just left the area as it was without moving anything back. My Fiancé was not reading a book in the lobby, she was sitting out there quietly and she certainly did not say anything about you leaving the lobby a mess, that was me who said that. I also never said "If you do not like it I will have you removed", your brother who I am sure already had to much to drink came down with drink in hand and as I explained he decided it was a good time to get very rude with me and call me names so I told him if he kept acting that way I would ask him to leave to which he said he would refuse and he is not going anywhere to which I reminded him that he would. The Lobby is a common area and not a spot for people to get drunk, loud, and to make a mess. We have other guests in the hotel also. It was your brother who was rude and not me, I simply told him what was going to happen if he kept acting that way.

there was a large live bug in the shower, hot tub wasn't hot, pool was cold, doors too the room didn't shut right, stayed open, lampshades were dirty, ceiling was dirty, keys stopped working before we checked out. other than that it was ok

Keys are programmed to expire at check out on day of departure which is 11am and since you were allowed a 12 noon check out the keys would have stopped working at 11. I just went and inspected room 120 and I did notice the lamp shades are slightly dusty and have a couple spots, I am sorry about that and I will make sure they are dusted. The door to room 120 works perfectly fine, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way it shuts and latches so I am not sure what you mean by that. The pool and hot tub are working as well. If these issues were brought to our attention during your stay we would have taken care of it right away for you but nothing was said. I am sorry you had some issues. Very nice hotel, quiet area, pleasant staff. Room was spotless. Only complaint was the shower, the door doesn't close, so the floor gets soaked from splashing water. Kind of weird, but the bathroom was nice.

Quaint little hotel. Surprised to see how big the pool and hot tub were in such a small little town. Although breakfast left something to be desired, it is clean and a good place on short notice.

When we called the front desk to ask a question, the answer was I don't know. At breakfast, the toaster didn't work the pancake maker didn't work and the bread was stale.

The toaster does work, there was someone having issues with it who I offered to help but was told no, not sure if that was you. Yes the pancake machine was having issues this weekend for some reason, I am not sure what was going on with it but I am getting that taken care of. As far as the bread, it is fresh and I can assure you that. If you have any other questions please let me know. have a great day!

Absolutely loved this Hotel!! It was so clean and nice. Will be staying here anytime we come to a Green Bay game.

Very poor customer service
We arrived at10:45 pm. The front desk lady told us she could not give us a room because the system was down and it could take 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or not sure how long for the system to come up. She told us to sit in the lobby until it came up. She stated several times she could not give us a room until the system came up. After I started maybe she should just let us into any room and when the system came up she could enter the relevant info. After a circular discussion for 15 minutes (?) she suddenly told us we could use a room right next to the front desk. In the morning I mentioned this to a man that was at the front desk and he stated rather indignantly that their internet was down, it happens all the time and there was nothing they can do about. He was quite rude and very unprofessional. Given the above, I would like to request a refund of $170 which I paid for this room.

酒店回复: I apologize that the system was down when you arrived. I reviewed the camera footage of your arrival and it was 6 minutes from the time you arrived until the time you were let into a room. You arrived at the desk at 10:39pm and she let you into the room at 10:45. The reason we have an issue when the Property Management System (PMS) is down is because we cannot see what room anyone is supposed to be checking into so she had you sit in the lobby for a couple minutes while she was looking thru the occupied rooms and finding one for you and 6 minutes later she came and got you from the lobby and let you into the room. In the morning you came to me and told me you had to wait for a long time to get into a room (like you have done in this review as well) when that simply is not true. Your argument to me was that you "Could" have had to wait until 2 am to get a room not that you had to. Then you told me you waited at least a half hour to be let into a room and you were only let in after you had to complain again because of your wait, that was not the truth. The front desk agent came and got you from the lobby 6 minutes after you arrived (Once she found a room you could go into). I did not say our internet was down, I said the PMS was down temporarily the night before and apologized that it has happened and that it has happened before, you then accused the hotel of taking it offline. I explained that we did not take it offline and that sometimes it happens due to an issue and that we have no control over when software has a glitch or breaks. You then said "No that does not happen, you took it down because electronics never don't work" then you also said you have worked somewhere for 20 years and the computers have NEVER had an issue and that your electronics never have an issue and that if I have electronics that do that I have the wrong electronics. There was even another lady in the lobby during this that overheard you and said that could not be true. You were very rude to me and very dishonest about everything. I will not authorize any sort of refund. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out. Have a great day!
