The cleanliness and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Opposite the marina and only a three minute walk to the biggest Wetherspoons in the country, the Royal Pavilion. I walked into reception and was greeted by Claire, who was very welcoming with a great smile and a great attitude. She knew exactly who I was and put me into room one. I found the hotel to be perfect for what I wanted at only £45 for the night, and in the centre of Ramsgate. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the room and facilities. I would like to add that the hotel could’ve been a bit impersonal, but with Claire on reception, I found it to be pleasant and welcoming. Thank you, Claire.

我们计划游览多佛城堡及其周边地区，并选择了拉姆斯盖特海滨Travelodge酒店作为我们的基地。酒店地理位置优越，海滩美丽，多层停车场就在马路对面，步行2分钟即可到达，24小时停车费9.5英镑。抵达酒店后，Tilly热情地迎接了我们，她非常友善，向我们详细解释了一切。后来，我们的无线网络密码出了点问题，我赶紧去前台咨询了Jordan，他非常乐于助人，对当地情况了如指掌！Jordan不仅解决了无线网络问题，还给了我们一些周边景点的建议。两位员工都为Travelodge酒店增光添彩。我们住的房间很干净。可惜的是，房间有一扇很大的磨砂窗，所以看不到什么风景。（其中一张单人床上方有一扇小窗。）房间里提供茶/咖啡牛奶，还有风扇。这家酒店是四星级，员工是五星级。所以，这里是探索英国这片美丽土地的绝佳基地。知道工作人员会提供帮助总是令人高兴的！😊
我们第三次入住拉姆斯盖特，因为我们有家人住在那里。员工很棒。房卡有点小问题。早餐没有橙汁，因为机器坏了至少两天。酒店还是不错的，只是比平时稍微忙了点，不过现在是盛夏！
一楼两个房间的空调都坏了。不过，Jordan在我们入住期间表现一流。他非常乐于助人，专业且彬彬有礼。希望管理层能因此认可他。
拉姆斯盖特海滨酒店的一切都堪称完美。地理位置、酒店和员工都很棒。强烈推荐！
不提供停车位。房间里没有羽绒被。淋浴间的皂液器是空的。价格太贵了
