We really enjoy our stays here. Updated, clean and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble this stay with our TV which was sorted the following day if our arrival. This particular rooms layout could be rethought a bit and the toilet was a bit wobbly but all very minor things that didn't take away from our experience.
Looking forward to our next stay.

The slogan is "Wild Renfrew" BUT the outside lights - doorway, balcony, patio, stairs etc. - were on ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Meaning electricity serving about 50 lamps WHOLE NIGHT and EVERY NIGHT. What an ecoligical waste!?!?
AND I couldn t sleep - way too bright!

I was very pleased overall but room smelled musty. (As I have a lung condition, this was a concern). Otherwise everything was great!

Our room was great! Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Habing a fan provided was a nice plus as we like to sleep with that on. Only negative was we thought our room was supposed to have a microwave and it didnt. So we brought food that had to be microwaved and took it back home. Other than that great room! Also super glad the tv has roku. So we were able to watch the shows and movies we wanted! Oh, also strange that we had to wash all the dishes before we leave? But no soap is provided. So we used the bar soap from the bathroom. Gross. Also had to empty our own garbage and recycling. Not sure if we will stay again for those reasons. Would probably just come back with all disposables.

Enjoyed are time here. However, having to deal with your own garbage and recycling to a non findable garbage was annoying. We had no contact with any staff - check in all online.

The room feels newly renovated and was small but comfortable. Felt like a hidden gem!
pros: affordable, comfortable beds, amazing location, amazing view, free parking, close to restaurant, beaches, and hikes.
Cons: was not thoroughly cleaned (garbage under beds), did not have coffee filters so could not make coffee with the machine and grounds provided. While I enjoyed the contactless check-in there felt like there was no oversight or staff presence to receive help and the guest services are not responsive. There is no A/C so you must leave the windows open which limits privacy and led to early mornings due to loud hikers packing up for their west coast trail journey.

Room was excellent. Customer support by e mail was quick and efficient. Parking arrangements not so good, and couldn’t find trash and recycling when we were leaving. Only restaurant was the pub, where food and service were good, but not possible to book and long wait time.
