在约旦死海万豪酒店度过了完美的假期，必须给予五星好评！酒店地理位置得天独厚，景观壮丽。
服务体验远超预期： 抵达时，前台员工热情友善，主动为我免费升级了房型。房间宽敞奢华，阳台视野无与伦比。离店当日，因航班较晚提出延迟退房请求，前台再次欣然同意，给予了极大便利。这种以客为先、灵活周到的服务，令人倍感尊重与舒心。
从主动升级到延迟退房，诸多细节体现了万豪品牌的高标准服务。这次入住不仅是享受了美景与设施，更感受到被真诚款待的温暖。毫无疑问，这是死海之滨最值得推荐的奢华下榻之所！
入住需要安检，不管是车还是行李。还要100jod相当于1000元人民币的信用卡抵押的押金，退房后10天才能返回。
退房后，验收合格的邮件或依据都不提供，一切都是他们的信用。客户都是被动。
优点，酒店可以看死海的日落，也可以漂浮，
早上自助餐，一般般，这个五星住的太憋屈。
体验相当不好。
环境不错，直接到死海边体验，体验感也很好。早餐厅有很多的苍蝇，不过好像附近商场的餐馆也这样，或许是环境使然，押了100美金准备在酒店消费时挂帐，最后也没挂，问的时候说很快退，结果押的钱一周了也没退。有很不错的地方，也有体验感一般甚至比较差的地方。
超级喜欢这个酒店，有自己私人海滩可以直接下到死海，在酒店游泳池也可以看到死海景色。晚饭在酒店吃的，酒店一共有4个餐厅价格也算合理
景色很美。酒店有好几个游泳池，工作人员会在泳池边提供瓶装水和毛巾。酒店离死海很近（步行5分钟即可到达，或者乘坐酒店免费提供的电瓶车）。你可以在那里涂抹死海泥做身体Spa。酒店甚至还提供了透明的塑料鞋，方便你在死海里穿着。玩完死海后，还有冲洗设施可以清洗身体。强烈推荐给其他游客。
万豪的服务和整体标准是在线的，房间很舒适，阳台景观也不错，整体入住体验可以。酒店的餐厅出品也相当不错。
唯一比较失望的是，死海沙滩需要步行一段距离，且路上标识并不是非常清晰。沙滩设施比较一般，有一位小哥在提供毛巾，但除此以外沙滩上几乎没有任何服务。

只能说不愧是五星级酒店，服务非常棒！设施也很好！我们7点多**海漂浮，没有什么人，很安静，感觉很好！早餐非常丰盛，满足不同国家客人的口味，晚餐的自助餐提供的软饮较少，我们没有选择自助餐，去了万豪另外一家点餐的餐厅，提供鸡尾酒和啤酒，服务和食物也非常棒！
