环境优美，规模很大，泳池有五六个，自家海滩到死海方便。员工对中国人很友好，还免费升级了房间。内有三家餐厅，试了两家味道都很不错，早餐品种与国内万豪比略少些。
订了大床房结果给了个双床的 找前台换房后给升级了太草台班子了。进房间后里面有两只苍蝇 浴室的门也关不上 浴缸的塞子是打开的 第二天找经理解决含糊其辞不给赔偿。唯一的好地方是早餐做的还行 品种是约旦住的酒店中最多的 泳池设施别的硬件也还行 但强烈建议多看几家 服务这么拉垮的万豪很少见

入住需要安检，不管是车还是行李。还要100jod相当于1000元人民币的信用卡抵押的押金，退房后10天才能返回。
退房后，验收合格的邮件或依据都不提供，一切都是他们的信用。客户都是被动。
优点，酒店可以看死海的日落，也可以漂浮，
早上自助餐，一般般，这个五星住的太憋屈。
体验相当不好。
拍的是视频，截图了几张。整体环境特别好，服务也非常好。酒店有私人的死海海滩，所以其实整体都是在酒店里玩。酒店的餐厅消费也不算太高，完全可以接受。非常推荐的酒店。
在约旦死海万豪酒店度过了完美的假期，必须给予五星好评！酒店地理位置得天独厚，景观壮丽。
服务体验远超预期： 抵达时，前台员工热情友善，主动为我免费升级了房型。房间宽敞奢华，阳台视野无与伦比。离店当日，因航班较晚提出延迟退房请求，前台再次欣然同意，给予了极大便利。这种以客为先、灵活周到的服务，令人倍感尊重与舒心。
从主动升级到延迟退房，诸多细节体现了万豪品牌的高标准服务。这次入住不仅是享受了美景与设施，更感受到被真诚款待的温暖。毫无疑问，这是死海之滨最值得推荐的奢华下榻之所！
死海地区比较好的五星酒店，酒店有自己的海滩和三个游泳池，落日很漂亮，安检很严格可以是因为对面就是以色列
环境不错，直接到死海边体验，体验感也很好。早餐厅有很多的苍蝇，不过好像附近商场的餐馆也这样，或许是环境使然，押了100美金准备在酒店消费时挂帐，最后也没挂，问的时候说很快退，结果押的钱一周了也没退。有很不错的地方，也有体验感一般甚至比较差的地方。
餐厅服务太太太热情周到了，多位服务人员时刻关注你的需求。死海漂浮令人终生难忘，真想能够再次漂浮一次死海啊。
酒店的环境很漂亮，在死海边，来这里的人大多数是来体验死海漂浮的，海水盐份很浓，喝一口 噪子就像被盐腌了一样。
