I’ve stayed here 3 times in neither time have I received my refund back. I didn’t order anything for them to keep my refund neither time

Bad experience
Checked in and got wrong room. Went back to the counter and front desk person was gone. 15 minutes later they appeared. Room smelled, pull out bed was not sleep able - very uncomfortable. So 3 people in a king bed. A light kept flashing and a noise beeped occasionally.
Breakfast was less than desirable.
Week hotel wouldn’t recommend at all.

Room was damp damp damp! All my clothes were damp because air conditioner was not working properly.
Nails and debris on the front entry sidewalk from some construction on the front entry canopy!
Woke to find that the shower was broken. Had to switch rooms just for a shower. No assistance moving my already unpacked belongings. This made me late to the funeral I flew in to attend.
I checked out early. It was pretty musty and gross there.

Overall good experience. The A/C unit air was dank and musty smelling. Also exacerbated my allergies.
