Minor complaint. There was no body wash in the shower. Talked to front desk and they said they were waiting for them. The breakfast is always great! gym needs another adjustable bench in case more than one person in gym …

Liked location convenience. Not used to lack of small amenities. No shower cap, no pen or paper, Qtips, nail file.

Everything was fine… the breakfast is always great … was able to use the gym… another adjustable bench would be great in case 2 people are in gym. Only negative thing I can say is some of the chairs in room are worn down and should be replaced. My chair had stains on it and the other chair was worn and had rips …. Other than that. Great stay as usual

The only reason I gave it a 4 over rating was because a whole bunch of people were in Rochester for a reunion and they had a party in a room close to ours until 2am. Very disrespectful especially from a bunch of 65ish (and I’m being kind) year olds.

Staff was helpful but most of time non existent. They chose not to change our bed linen. Was it because we were only staying for a few days? Included breakfast was substandard. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I stayed here for a quick visit to SUNY Brockport. It is very close to the college. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
