It was a beautiful place and very nicely decorated. The people were super nice. The only problem was the noise from the bar next-door.

The billing system is terrible. Charged my account dailoy for parking and charged again so now I have to call them and get it straight. Charged for incidentals went arrived ($50) but didn't spend anything and told me i HAD TO WAIT 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS TIL THE DOLLARES Were credited back to my charge card. The NOISY level from the street was terrible. Will never stay there again and your reviews of this hotel should reflect that the noise on weekends make it so you can't sleep and they know it since they give your ear plugs. I don't ever want to stay somewhere were I need to wear earplugs.

You are asked prior to check-in if the late night noise is a problem and offered ear plugs and a noise machine (on weekends it goes until 3am guaranteed). Since this hotel is located in the “entertainment” district, it is noisy. But again, you are fair-warned. Front desk staff was exceptional, although not sure how much overnight parking was…must have been $100 per night to get the rate I was quoted on ******* to line up. Expensive!

我在这家酒店的经历真的很棒，本来打算下次回罗利还会选择这家酒店。然而，回家后我才发现，我被收取了250美元的吸烟费。房间里绝对禁止吸烟。他们唯一能提供的证据就是垃圾桶里的一个垃圾袋里装着一袋内脏。我被告知，由于没有证据证明房间里有人吸烟，所以这笔钱无法退还给我。现在，我再也不会住那里了！
三部电梯中只有一部正常运转，而且大部分时间都被孩子们玩得不亦乐乎。我们没法在酒吧里好好享受一番，因为孩子们到处乱跑。我们本来想去餐厅用餐，但又被那些为了去自动售货机而挤满桌子的孩子和青少年破坏了。泳池里有超过21个孩子无人看管，拿着水枪到处乱跑。最后我们只能坐你们的班车去了另一家店，想安静地待一会儿。这家店简直糟透了，前台服务人员也没采取措施阻止这一切混乱。
