Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The free breakfast was not maintained. By 8am, the waffle mix was empty. When we asked for more to be brought out, the staff person came and took it completely down with no explanation.

The front desk man was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a customer service role. We asked if we could get two of them conjoined (which I also asked for when I made the reservation) and he said they don’t do that here, then totally ignored us when we asked if the rooms could be close to each other. When we asked him why he ignored us, he became verbally combative and continued to fight with us about our rooms. It was absolutely unacceptable for a customer service role. I would not ever consider staying here again.

Clean room, Breakfast was good, vary options, Capitol street about 10 min walking (not too many restaurants and stores for a downtown). I was shock to see the mall nearby empty on a Saturday evening… and when I say empty I mean empty.
