My room was the last one in the hallway. I guess not many people usually use it. It doesn’t smell good.

Front desk lady was exceptional friendly at check-in. We got a huge room with even an extra bedroom. Breakfast was amazing with life-cooking!

Customer service was excellent but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We came back to our room to find the maid service replaced towels by throwing them in a pile on the rack, didn’t vacuum or take out the trash, tossed the covers, didn’t refill the soap or shampoo. Told customer service and they were willing to help but found out if you prepay for the room they can’t do anything besides hand you extras.
Quality seems cheap, walls are thin.
Pool was nice and at least we had a microwave in our room. We didn’t use the breakfast option so can’t review that part.

Breakfast was very good and menu was extensive, but no bacon put out, found out later that you had to request it. Children running on the hallways while parents had breakfast.
Room 412 needed some work, shower rail loose. Bed lumpy.
