We stayed in Room 24, a Superior Apartment in a separate building to the main hotel. Very nice spacious Room. We had an issue either the Wifi which was quickly remedied by a helpful member of staff who I found in the main building. The radiators were not working and I telephoned the hotel to report this at 9 o’clock on Friday night. I was told someone would call back however this didn’t happen. Similarly the Radiators were not working on Saturday, however as I was out for most of the day and it wasn’t too cold outside I didn’t report it again. They did eventually work on Sunday morning before we left. This wouldn’t put us off staying again as the location and overall quality of the Room was ideal.

Absolutely fantastic hotel staff are very friendly and polite . We came all the way from the North East to boat family and stayed here . Beautiful, nothing was a problem for staff. Will be back absolutely recommend

Very impressed with this superb hotel. Immaculately clean throughout and staff were great. Breakfast too notch. Really can’t think of any negatives. Would definitely stay again and love the patriotic Union Jack flag proudly flying outside.

Beautiful hotel and great venue for parties or weddings. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend highly. Have visited here twice now and will definitely be going back.
我和男友入住这家酒店，入住期间，我的TikTok推送里突然出现一个视频，老板挥舞着英国国旗，高喊着“非法移民”和“阻止偷渡船”。简直令人作呕。想想看，花钱住一家酒店，结果发现老板不好好经营，反而忙着在网上散播仇恨言论。整个酒店的氛围也和视频里一样——冷漠、敌对，完全没有亲切感。感觉不像是一家酒店，倒像是误打误撞进了某个政治作秀现场。房间一般，服务形同虚设，老板的行为更是令人尴尬。与其在TikTok上大放厥词，不如多花点时间打扫卫生，好好招待客人。附近有很多酒店都让人感觉宾至如归。这家？简直丢人现眼。千万别去！
骗子老板。听说这家酒店的老板拒绝接受资助安置难民，为了支持他们，我决定入住一晚。结果发现老板一直在撒谎，而且还在逃税。这人简直就是个骗子。更糟糕的是，酒店房间很差，床又小又脏。
我们住得非常愉快，这个地方棒极了，工作人员非常细心，非常友好，强烈推荐。
