Overall, the stay was "okay." The noise from construction currently going on at the hotel was noticeable. That said, the front desk staff let us know about it upon arrival. As a heads up to anyone considering this location, the renovations are expected to continue into the spring.
The room could have also been cleaner; it fell short of my expectations in that regard. I felt as though it had been given a once-over ahead of our stay but nothing more.
Generally, the staff we encountered were quite friendly. Big shout out to Carl(?) who made us feel welcome and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. He picked us up via the hotel's airport shuttle (a great amenity!) and also checked on us during breakfast. His service is keeping this rating from going lower and should be acknowledged. When we prepared to leave, he confirmed when we needed the shuttle back. Another note for guests: this service is 24-hours but you must verbally request a ride (call the front desk from the airport when you arrive and let them know during check-out when you need to be taken back).
I would consider staying again once the renovations are complete in 2026.

离机场很近,所以班车很快就到了。班车服务很棒,快捷高效,打电话就能接,100%可靠。
房间很旧,墙壁上积了一层灰尘,令人无法接受,让人立刻就不想碰任何东西。
汉普顿酒店是最好的。住宿体验很棒。员工很棒,只是我的希尔顿荣誉客会卡无法连接无线网络。工作人员尝试过解决这个问题,但没用。
我们航班起飞前6:30早餐还没准备好。没有无麸质麦片。电视控制花了20分钟才搞定。
电梯坏了,房间里的空调也坏了。我们不得不提着行李箱上下楼梯,几个小时后才离开。
大堂随时提供三种咖啡和热水。自助早餐包括自制的华夫饼机,非常美味。离机场很近,很方便。我给了它 3 颗星,因为支架上的灯泡烧坏了。
