Been visiting Cribbs Causway for 6 to 7 weeks now and so had the chance to see the team over a period of time. They're always friendly and engaging with clean rooms and good food, a real bonus. I would like to highlight Cathy. She is has a smile for every person who eats, she talks to customers I a human way, waits for them to decide or helps them. Ive seen her at busy times, the service doesn't drop. Shes an asset to the business. If you want to stay somewhere, I would recommend here without any hesitation or concern! Great hotel with great team.

Overall this Premier Inn provided us with a comfortable stay. The room was clean but the carpet was grubby. There was a lack of staff on arrival. The heating made a lot of noise. The on site breakfast was excellent with plenty of cold and hot options.

Excellent location,staff lovely friendly and helpful, facilities brilliant. Room was so comfortable and clean and quiet we were on the 4th floor it was excellent. Very comfortable king size bed with a large armchair and foot stool also a swivel chair and a large tv. Excellent large shower

Auto check in was poor. Another guest tried to assist but did not work. Had to request reception assisted which was helpful and polite. Room itself was fine. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Only 2 sachets of coffee/ tea bags so went to reception area to help myself. Lots of noise transmission through floors and could hear footsteps, loo. Pretty much everything from floor above. Good location near motorway but for reasons above won’t be returning.

Can't fault anything at all. Fast, automated check-in, nice, clean room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Really good location for what we were doing (work and leisure). Good value too.

Stayed in this lovely premier inn on a very cold December night. I needed cheering up and I came across the sweetest girl ever! Holly was super happy to serve me and cheer me up! I had a couple nice drinks and even had a small chat about the day :) a worker named Junior also showed up and he served me a glass of water, it was super nice and even came with a straw. Absolutely recommend this premier inn, had a blast staying here. 😋

Check in on arrival didn't work. Ran out of toilet tissue in the bedroom and when given some, couldn't open the container. Ran out of milk cartons for the bedroom. The coffee machines kept running out of milk so missed out on latte.

We have stayed at this hotel for a family get together and for my birthday in the past the hotel is absolutely perfect where it's too not far from anything the only thing I was very disappointed about was one of the bar staff with very rude on the particular night the rooms are clean tidy it looks great every Christmas the next thing I was disappointed about was trying to get someone's attention at breakfast because I have certain needs when I asked her she looked like she was in a different world this will not put me off of going back in any shape or form because I do like staying at this hotel

This Premier Inn (PI) was a very good place to stay for 2 nights when we were on our way back north to Scotland. It's near several major shopping malls with great stores and wonderful supermarkets, but the traffic to and fro can be crowded and tricky during rush hours and on weekends. The two-way road/entrance to this PI is narrow. There are plenty of parking but the spaces are a little tight except for the disabled parking spaces. Reception staff was a mix: one was superficial while another was super friendly and helpful. Lobby can be very noisy if large groups are hanging out there and in the adjacent bar/pub, which has great drinks and food menus. Room was well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good but did get weak at certain times of the day. We would stay here again now that we know how to access this PI and its parking lot with more ease.
