Lovely little hotel! Perfect for me and my family. Loads to do around and really good service from reception and the cleaners. Will visit again in the near future.

Terrible wifi. Which is a shame, because I really like Premier Inns. All i ask for is a decent shower and decent wifi. I can't watch a Youtube video at midnight?

Stayed for a few nights and had a pleasant stay. The reception team were so welcoming and for anyone else looking for a hotel with lots around,this one is great!

Had to travell up to stay for a sad occasion, however my stay was made better by Abbie on reception who helped us get in earlier and gave us everything we needed. She left a nice card and drink in room too which i didnt expect, but appreaciate!

The team here are the best. I was greeted by Adam when I arrived and it made me feel like I was 'home'. The restaurant has improved over the last 6 months and the rooms are always spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money!

Everything was very good. I stayed here for 3 or 4 times. Cleaning and staff and cooperation Everything was very well. But the box they give which filled with milk tea bags and sugar. They should add some green tea bags. And they should put 1 or 2 tissue box in the room. They just have tissues in the washroom. But they should have in the room as well. Otherwise my experience was good. Recommended from my side

Stayed here for work, Abby on reception was very kind and helped me with my booking as i booked Rainham London by accident. All round good hotel and friendly staff.

隔壁的接待处和餐厅的员工都很棒。非常友好，信息丰富。竭尽全力为我们服务。非常干净。物超所值。早餐是现点现做的。完全没有抱怨。如果我们再次去拜访他们一家，这是我唯一会考虑住的地方。
