Everything was lacking as soon as I got there they informed me that my room I booked got sold out when I reserved it and told me if I wanted to get another room for much more of the price I was gonna pay

No one was available for me to check in after hours. Phone line is a computer service that is absolutely atrocious to deal with. Called multiple times during normal business hours and never was able to talk to a human. I didn’t stay at this hotel - so cleanliness, room, etc I cannot comment on… I deserve a refund being I did not get to stay here even though I prepaid for the room.

What I liked was the restaurants nearby, what I did not like was pretty much the whole hotel experience, I had dirty towels in my room and the vibe was not friendly. I caution anyone staying here. They should not do it.
