Travelodge have got the hang of hotels just right. Super quiet, low key, very comfortable and no noise. Try the taxi service. Press button on reception counter. Taxi arrives a while later. Nice. No squeaky doors or noisy fans / refrigeration running all night. Bed was very comfy and I had a really decent night's sleep. You won't believe me but I'd actually go here to unwind and get away from people!! Parking was great too, right out front. Punch in your reg at the counter. Done. The underlying thing about all of the experience here is how low/no tech it is. No apps for parking / booking / checking in, no AI, no nothing. Check in in seconds, very friendly, spotless odourless room, deep pile carpets, spotless bathroom with decent hot water and whisper quiet building. The company happily pays for more expensive hotels in town. I actually chose this hotel.

Check in and out was efficient. For a basic place to stay when in an area you're not familiar with its good and car park available. There's a gym nearby and the big supermarkets are 5-10 min drive. All in all good

Bed was comfy and the staff were super friendly I would definitely recommend.. vending machine was good and the car park is spacious. Could do with a restaurant

Came down to visit my friends and decided to stay at this local Travelodge. The staff and the manager were all very polite and welcoming. The rooms as well were very clean and well kept after.

Bedroom its ok, staff tis 5 star, we slept well, very cozy, everything was impeccable! wonderful! We'll definitely be back one day! We loved it!

I booked two rooms and both were dirty. One had faeces left in the toilet from a previous guest and the other had the remains of what looked like a salad as well as other bits on the surface. The carpets in both rooms had lots of bits on it and so hadn’t been vacuumed. After complaining about the toilet, bleach was poured in the toilet but it wasn’t cleaned. We were there for 4 nights and the remains eventually flushed away after night 3! Avoid the breakfast boxes which were over priced and inedible. The manager was helpful and contacted customer services for a refund on the boxes (as we only had them the first day) however we have heard nothing since from customer services 12 days later. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean - we would have walked straight out otherwise!

I had a fantastic stay at this Travelodge! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Excellent value for money and a really pleasant experience overall. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
