Best place we've stayed at for years. Very clean, staff friendly. Excellent food. We will be back.

Room and staff were very good. There was a BIG problem with lack of hot water for showering. Lukewarm was the best we got and downright frigid was the worst.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. We are in hotels every weekend for four months a year during football season and this was by far the worst.

Everything was great except the darn heater kept clicking on and off every minute- not exaggerating- no sleep for me.

With it parents weekend at the college didn’t show up till 4:20 check in is 3….. told that hotel is completely booked and I had to wait 2 more hours for room to be cleaned and checked? We were not the only ones waiting so hope there’s a lot of complaints including this one. Hotel it’s self looks good, location noise was bad during afternoon and early evening.

Bathroom towels were not refreshed. The room was not refreshed also. Breakfast food should never runout. Chairs in dining room set too low for the dining tables.

I have never met such a friendly staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were greeted and acknowledged several times in the most warm, sincere way. Good job guys!

There was an architectural element about 6 feet from my window that blocked any view at all. The room was exceptionally dark and felt like a prison.
